Was having an app issue that the manager helped resolve quickly. The cashier was not as knowledgeable on how to handle it.
Food was hot as well as coffee and taste was as expected
Usually I get bad interactions on the regular visits with my family, but not today. Debby was an all-star! Whilst cleaning she was extremely friendly and approachable, warning us of any slip hazards and wet tables. Her bubbly personality definitely lightened up the whole lobby of guests and my daughter loved her! Thank you so much Debby, we'll be stopping by in the lobby from now on.
I tried to use the app which was the glitching, the manager assisted me and gave me the deal I was seeking. The food actually looked good. I usually order nuggets because the burgers had been looking sad, however the burger I got today looked tasty and was actually very good. The restaurant was very clean and drinks area well stocked.
I just had the nicest experience at this Mc Donald's! Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. . Thank you.
Best McDonald’s in Town.. Always Fresh never a problem been coming here for pass 3 years .. now moving out area .. bet I won’t find another Fresh clean McDonald’s like this one.. From management to crew are Great people..
The food is consistent, too many employees are rude, thankfully some are pleasantly nice. I like my fries salted and hot but too often they are cool and tasteless. I bought an apple pie that was so dehydrated the apples had become hard Jam and the pie was as dry as crackers. Burgers and sandwiches are the best things they serve. I don't trust their salads. I like the $1 $2 menu and their bundles. They're scrambled eggs taste like rubber, they are not as bad on the sandwiches. I also like their biscuits
You know what you order when go to McDonald's, but that is not always what you get. I was pleasantly surprised not only was my order correct, but fresh!
If Kat (i believe thats her name) doesn't make your hot chocolate then you don't want it. Literally the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had in my life 😘
Update: They have improved. I use their order online and curbside pickup. My orders have been pretty accurate.
This location never gets my order right. Whether it's missing food that was ordered to not getting the order correct. Here's an example. They put the tag that clearly says no tomato and guess what they put on my sandwich anyway. Wish there were more food options close by.
Went drive thru today. My Big Mac was spot on!! Fresh, neat, and delish! I also ordered two cheese burger meal and the cheese burgers were a big mess. Cheese and ketchup all over the wrapper which was all over the bun. So 50/50.
They forgot my ice cream but hey at least the ice cream machine wasn't broken!
