This was my first time here and food was delicious. Everything came out within 15 min and food was fresh and hot.
The staff was quick and attentive. The food was a little on the greasy side, I believe than normal, but it's Waffle House! That's how it comes.

Staff is friendly and quick. Food is delicious and plentiful. Can’t go wrong at this Waffle House with pretty much any choice on the menu. Personally, when I’m feeling like breakfast, I go with the All-American with hashbrowns scattered, covered and topped. Otherwise, the Texas Patty Melt does the trick :)

💯🔥 This is the best waffle house in all Lafayette. The food is always on point! The cooks/servers are always helpful, friendly and get your order taken and expedited with accuracy and haste. This location is always clean and a welcoming atmosphere! I'm never disappointed when I choose to eat at the waffle house on university Ave. In my opinion definitely the best waffle house in the Lafayette area!!!!🔥💯

My husband and I were just passing through on our way back to Texas. The service was fast and our server was very friendly. The pecan waffles were the best.
This was the cleanest waffle house I have been into. I have been in from Texas, Louisiana,Alabama, Mississippi, to Tennessee. Just to name a few. But this one is friendly clean and food great. You need to send an agent and have someone check others out.

Our family passed by on the way through Louisiana and this Waffle 🧇 House was great! The food and waffles were delicious and fresh.
More importantly, Katelynn and all of her coworkers, ( unfortunately I did not have a chance to get any one else’s name) were all so kind. Even the customers inside were nice.

Superb! Stopped on a busy Sunday morning at the CB first but a 45 minute wait made us press on.
So glad! Right under the overpass was this Waffle House.
Had the sweetest server and the young chef kept it rolling; smooth, steady and delicious! I had the breakfast sandwich on wheat, hubby ate chicken and eggs. No wait, the tastiest hot breakfast I’ve had in a while, and great service! Don’t hesitate, come on in!
Staff was very friendly. Food was cooked well. The restaurant looked clean but I didn't use the restrooms. I should have asked the name of the chef, because he got my wife's eggs bacon and hash browns right. That is hard to do!
