My favorite place for lunch, just love the selection at the salad bar with asparagus, today they had the spinach lasagna so good. They also prepare amazing cocktails and the staff is great.

Great local cafe in Laguna, also a great deli. Fresh local ingredients, inventive menu and dishes, and one of the great places in town to sit in a shaded patio and enjoy the ambience of being in a quiet spot in downtown.

I knew of this place because I had a meeting here sometime during the fall. It was the food that got my attention first, then it was just the really nice environment. There's a little boutique at the front of the cafe where you can look around for something fun or a souvenir you can share or purchase for yourself. This cozy spot around the border of LA's Art District is like my little go-to spots when I want to take a creative friend out on for a nice, cozy meal. I am a big fan of their lasagna, and although you can see their full-bar at the back of the cafe, i have never been, however, i can speak for most of the cafe - very nice, calm and friendly ambiance. Sitting here, you can feel that you are surrounded by people who are artists, a fan of the arts or an influencer of some field. You can either sit outside, where youre around a rock garden with a view of the outside bustling street of the arts district or inside - either place you pick, their service is great.

One of the top vegan restaurants in the country. The cheesecake is divine, as is their secret coffee. (Srsly they wouldn't tell me the brand and I can't buy it! I'll just have to go back!)

Really cute cafe. The food was good and everything came out pretty quick. Outdoor seating but it’s all covered. We went on a Sunday around 1 and had no problems finding (paid) parking or a seat. The cutest latte art!

I don't know why this is the first time I've reviewed Zinc Cafe & Market...as I have been enjoying their incredibly delicious foods and perfectly brewed coffees and teas for over a year now!🤔 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Well today that changes. And what better meal to review than a Wednesday Brunch (of sorts) when there's no lineups nor long waits?!? I took 2 Deviled Eggs a la carte, just to take the edge off of my Low Bloodsugar, which always delight me. *(the eggs, not low bloodsugar) The Belgian Waffles🧇 are the lightest, most buttery and still crispy I have ever had...better than even I can make at home...🙌🙌🙌 I love🫶 quiche, and this one is just alright, nothing to write home about. ⚖️ Made fresh, with fresh ingredients👍...though perhaps semi lacking in flavor. But what do I know;🤷‍♂️ I'm a smoker.😁 She enjoyed my side greens salad, with black bean chili and toasted garlic bun. Everything, from the lack of waiting time, to friendliness as well as efficiency of service was great today. Indeed. What I liked the MOST, however was that my Mocha came out FIRST, before our meals, allowing me time to enjoy the first fresh sips as well as throughout my meal. That was Heaven to me and unfortunately seems like something my other *favorite brunch Café seems to have lost the ability to do. Zinc Cafe & Market is Always Spot On.👌👌

Good food and coffee, nice outside seating and service makes me go back there again and again. They have few free parking on the side and meter parking in the front. One down side is their one and only unisex bathroom. Not sure how a mother with baby can change diaper.

Such a great breakfast spot in Laguna Beach. This is a Vegan restaurant with great food and delicious coffee. My recommendations: try the chilaquiles bowl, the asparagus omelet, and the avocado toast. You’ll also want to try their pastries. 🤗

What a vibe! On a Friday noon, the place was packed. Although vegetarian for the most part, it still had great vegan options and plant based alternatives. I was mostly excited about their marketplace, where they have a selection of seasonal salads and entrees and you choose and pay per lb. The clerk had an understanding of veganism as she pointed out salads that have honey. The food was really yummy and the overall ambiance sitting there is very lively and hip!

Picturesque outside seating. Local early birds feather with friends for a fun cup of fancy, tasty coffee. Dog and kid friendly. Great ready made salad and fun dishes to share, sold by weight. Paid metered parking. Pastries side cafe with creative sweet treats for a sweet tooth.

Where do I start with? Outstanding service or amazing food. This place is wonderful. They were so patient with our kids orders, helpful with the spills, kind with requests, absolutely all-around wonderful service. The food matched the service with flavorful and tasty food that included stuff the kids loved, and me, like French toast with orange zest butter, real syrup, and fruit, pizza for the win with my son, side of eggs for my youngest, beet and buratta salad with perfect toast for me, and a gluten free vegan bowl for my lady. ALL WINNERS! Thanks for the lovely lunch today, tasty food, and incredible service. We'll be getting some pastries on the way out. Sorry, the food was so good forgot to stop and take some photos first. Worth the short, couple of minute walk from Laguna Beach's Main Beach.

You might miss this delicious food experience if you drive by too fast. Note that there's no sign alerting you to Zinc. We had to walk up and check the menu posted outside to see that it was the restaurant we wanted to try. Service was excellent. Staff were helpful and courteous. Food was tasty and the portions were substantial. We had the Caprese sandwich, bowl of chili, house salad, and the Reubanesque sandwich. The covered outside seating was comfortable. Be aware that the birds can be very friendly. Guard your food. I wish they sold the bread used for our sandwiches. We could tell that it was real bread!

We went to zinc cafe to see our friend playing jazz (beautiful and free live jazz weekend night during the summer), so dinner was not the main reason. However, we were pleasantly surprised that we enjoy the dinner as well. Mushroom Dijon burger is highly recommended. Service was excellent. The location is good, but parking is a bit tight. We had Lemon bar for dessert, though I would like to try the chocolate confections as well next time.

Zinc is located in a nice quiet street away from the busy areas of Laguna, which makes it very relaxing if you're trying to get away from the crowded streets around Forest Ave. At first I didnt think that the grain bowl looked that great but it tasted amazing! The moscow mule is solid. My boyfriend got a margherita pizza that was disappointing, it was delivered less than warm and the cheese was way too thick. However, the staff were absolutely excellent and allowed us to ask for something else for no additional cost. The soup of the day was a fennel and leak soup, didn't sound like it would be great at first, but it was suprisingly very good. We didn't order wine but it looks like there is a decent selection. Will be coming back to this restaurant!

A cute cafe serving locals. A good breakfast place with friendly staff and a variety of breakfast items and pastries. I'll have to go try their lunch sometime. They have a very nice outdoor dining area with ample shade. Their chairs are awfully uncomfortable, which I assume is to turnover tables quickly.

Had Brunch here and it was AWESOME!! Food was great. The coffee!!! Was spectacular…now Intelligentsia coffee is hard to screw up because it is just awesomely roasted coffee. The crew at Zinc really did a great job on the espresso and the regular old house drip. So my hat is off to you Zinc. The best coffee I had while in Laguna.
