Was a really fantastic experience was new to Jersey Mikes and this worker named Pedro helped choose my sub and was really nice 10/10 costumer service skills he did not make me feel like a costumer he made me feel like a friend. I think more people should be like him he was very nice and gentle with my sub. He made my year. And is by far the best fast food worker I have met in my life.
Fresh, great sandwiches #7 turkey & provolone and #13 Original Italian. Nice selection of chips and drinks. Amazed at how silent it was inside. Surprised they weren't playing some Sinatra or Frankie Valli, both of whom were born within 65 miles of Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
This restaurant caught me off guard for sure! Huge proportions and amazing flavors of meats , cheeses and veggies!

I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's from here to Virginia, but this one always has consistently good sandwiches and the sandwich makers and clerks are top notch. The place is always clean and the manager has come out at least twice to ask me how my dining experience was.
Edit: I wish I could give them 5 Stars again. We went back and the employees were so nice, helpful, and accommodating. I am not the easiest customer and definitely have the annoying requests. Plus that Rosemary cheese bread is just so amazing!
I've never been before. We came in, the staff was super helpful and friendly and told me what to do and how I could change my sandwich. The women who started my order have me a taste of their Rosemary cheese bread when I told her I'd never been before (obviously ended up ordering that bread it was amazing). The sandwich was great too!
This is the the only Jersey Mike's I have ever been to and I was impressed. Both times we've gone, the staff is smiling, helpful, and respectful. The restaurant seating area inside isn't that large, but it's not overrun or anything. There are 2 or 3 sizes of sandwiches, the largest being really big; probably 18 inches. For sure better than Subway.
Best sandwiches around, by a long shot. They use quality meats and cheeses, give generous portions, and always greet you with a smile! Plus, you can order ahead online, so you can just walk-in, walk-out. Super convenient, and always ready on time.
Thanks for ruining other sandwich shops for me! ;P
I tried this place on my Birthday and the Philly Cheesesteak was great. It wasn't very busy and I don't understand why? It's better and cheaper than Togo's plus you'll leave full. The employees were very friendly too but as a previous business owner they may be giving away free food to their family and friends and that's not good.
Absolutely the best . It’s really an old time old America deli / sandwich shop.
They cook roast beef in house and it’s high quality .
Turkey is 96% fat free and ham is 99% fat free , as I understand .
Fixings are fresh and the oil and vinegar are tops .
Wonderful professional staff very engaged w the customers very eager to please .
Manager at Laguna Woods location is the best !
The prosciutto and the capacola and provolone are superior .
I like Mike's and would give it 5 stars except most of the time I go there they are out of tea... Who the Hell eats an Italian sub without iced tea? It's inhuman I tell you. This means my "quick" lunch takes 15 minutes to get. Still, far and away the best sandwich counter in Lake Forest.
Little slice o’ home. That’s what my pappap would say if he had a taste of the Italian extra salami no pickles. Yeah I really enjoyed eating this from my sweltering car. ☀️😮💨💕
The best.. they make my sandwich into a salad.. between the flavorful meats and getting it Mike's way... no fattening salad dressings needed. (Taste better without it)..
Ofcourse a 5 ! Some of THE best roast beef and Italian subs I’ve ever had . I’ve been devouring subs for 50 years .
I recommend however , take a look at the roast beef and make sure it’s red and juicy .
