I've eaten at multiple P.F. Chang's before but this location is by far my favorite. I normally do not do take out at big franchises however I decided to give it a shot. The service was 100% professional and they did everything in a timely manner. The dishes were perfect and tasted amazing! So happy I went to this location. The manager Travis was the best! Definitely will be ordering again!
This is the mentality of P.F. Chang at Sunday evening nowadays:
- ordered orange juice but get apple juice
- ordered sweet and sour chicken but got kids version
- No water served
- A fly in my sake cup
- indifferent waitress
Dish tastes fine though.

I indeed went back on last Saturday because my son wants to eat Mongolian beef. There are more guests that day and restaurant looks nicer. This time we have a different server and she is way better. No mistake. Everything is good except we waited around 40 mins to eat. Looks like the restaurant is still short staffed due to Covid. The food is good still. I changed my rating to 4.
I've been to PF Changs locations around the country. Food quality is always consistent. Great menu choices and flavors.
This locations service has improved tremendously over the past few months as well.
The orange chicken is super yummy ! The roti and duck was amazing. The best was the ribs for appetizer but no photo because that’s gone. Love love all cocktails here , my go to is the coconut mojito, 🤤 - server Jasmin is always so sweet ! 👍🏽😀
This PF Chang’s is my favourite restaurant. I usually come here monthly as I love the Mongolian beef fried rice. The customer service here is exceptional I especially think that Jasmine is a wonderful server here she is very warm and friendly and it feels great to eat in an environment where you don’t feel rushed and your server has patience for you ! I wish I could leave 10 stars ⭐️

Honestly, we have never ever had a bad meal at PF Chang’s from Rochester New York to Long Island and everywhere in between. but Alyssa, the bartender/server here at Smith Haven Mall is phenomenal! I will say she deserves a raise!!! We let her pick our meal and we’re definitely not disappointed. Her service and knowledge is amazing. So as I said, give Alyssa a raise!
I’m on vacation from Florida visiting my sister, and nephew, and when I heard there was a PF Chang’s in town… I had to stop for our tradition (lettuce wraps and bang bang shrimp). It was amazing as always, but I do have to say that our server Jasmin made our experience more pleasant. She was very attentive, and courteous. I will definitely come back to visit this location when I’m in town.
Love the food love the server and really enjoyed speaking to the manager. Today’s visit exceeded my expectations. Great way to spend my birthday.
Zach is great server who provides excellent service. Every time we come in he remembers our order and the fact that one of our children is Gluten Free. If we’re in the mood for something different he steers is in the right direction to a good food selection or seasonal cocktail. Lake Grove is the best PF Chang dining experience! The Ornament is the best seasonal cocktail! Try one on your next visit!
We had a wonderful experience at the PF Chang’s in lake grove. Our server, Dylan was great and made some great recommendations. The food was yummy and the atmosphere was perfect for a date night!
