We've been several times. I highly recommend you do the advanced seating or you'll probably have to wait. The food is good, the waite staff are polite and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The noise level is HIGH, so it's not a relaxing place to go if that's what you're looking for.
Great service and delicious steaks, always. I highly recommend it. It gets loud but it's worth it for the delicious food.
The food is the best !! I love that you can get a nice size house salad and grilled shrimp to keep it healthy and low in weight watcher points!!! I love that they have lite ranch 😊The service was excellent, I just love this place! Oh and their streaks are so good !
My husband and I shared a hand cut bone in 20 oz ribeye cooked medium rare to perfection and smothered with mushrooms and loaded baked potato. Hot rolls and two house salads. That meal was delicious. Quick service by our waitress drink refills before we even asked. We were in and out of there in record time. We fully enjoyed our meal and we definitely will be back. Good job TXRH

I'm pretty sure this is the best location, I've only been to a few others, and they were good. If you live out here in Lake Jackson, you have the best. This one wins. It is located inside the mall but you can see it from the outside. Sherry Ann and I went in and sat at the bar. The bartender was very hospitable, personable, and attentive, and I dont think I ever saw her on her phone . It's weird that I noticed that, but I did. She was there to work and gave her customers all of her attention. Her name was Leslie and it was her birthday. We were there right before 5 pm, and the place was already busy, not packed yet but getting close. We had two managers stop by and greet us, then came back to check on us. It was a Wednesday. These guys are doing something right. Our food came out fast, fries catfish, and pulled pork. I ate almost all of both our dinners. Sherry just ate her two sides of chili and salad along with one of my filets. The food was cooked perfectly, and if I could, I would have thanked everyone in the kitchen. Cold salad plates, hot side, and hot entree plates. This is attention to detail that higher end restaurants can't get right, but this place does it on a Wednesday afternoon seamlessly. I wouldn't drive to the other locations by us in Houston, but this is a destination restaurant. That is the criteria for Michelin Star.
First time here and our first experience was amazing!!!!! We were treated like family and the customer service was excellent! Jason the manager got word it was our first time and came by personally to welcome us with a goodie bag of peanuts and sampler tray of what they have offer. Christy our waitress was wonderful, I wish ever restaurant had a Christy . We will definitely be back to visit when in town. Thank y’all so much for the hospitality.
This Texas Roadhouse is located just inside a mall entrance. The restaurant itself is clean and all the staff are helpful and eager to make your visit pleasant. The bar area was busy (just the way I like it) and allowed for some good conversation. I started with the rattlesnake bites, which were awesome. They don't burn your tongue, they just have a small "kick". I then had the 8oz sirloin with shrimp, loaded baked potato, and buttered corn. The steak couldn't have turned out any better. It was cooked exactly the way I had asked it to be. The bud light draft was also perfect; nice and cold. The bartenders were very friendly and most importantly attentive. I never once had to flag them down. If you want a great meal at a fair price and also great service and conversation, definitely stop by this Texas Roadhouse. You will enjoy it!
I haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse that I didn't like and this one in Lake Jackson is no exception. It did start off where the server wasn't very good, but the manager came to our table and took care of our needs. The food was great. I had the country fried sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and chili for sides. The steak was just right and the golden brown coating was perfect. It was topped with the cream gravy. All of it together made for a fantastic meal.
Ate a late lunch at the bar with my best friend. Our bartender was Rob. He did an amazing job!! Thoughtful, great suggestions, quick service, bar was pristine clean, and we will definitely be back! Young man needs a raise!!
I have to give a shout out to Roadhouse! My favorite mid-priced steak house. While most restaurants in this poor economy are cutting and slacking Roadhouse is still spot on their game! They have plenty of hard working staff that kept the drinks filled and hot fresh rolls and butter coming. The courses came out fast and the meal flowed smoothly from start to finish. I love the house salad with the signature house Italian dressing. The medium rare ribeye was tender and well seasoned with a nice amount of char that added to the flavor. The sweet potato with marshmallows was a nice side. Another great Roadhouse experience!
Halley was amazing! She came to check on the table in perfect timing, was sure to keep us updated on our order, and was happy to help resolve any issues. I had a sweet potato and it was a little over done, but she was quick to have the kitchen make a new one. Definitely recommend this location and Halley as a server!
Tim, our server, was very attentive and prompt keeping our glasses full and fresh bread and cinnamon butter on the table. This location is within the Brazoria Mall, there was no wait. The place was clean and the ambiance was pleasant. Our food was served promptly and the flavor was perfect. We got salmon, rice, chili, green beans and sweet potato all the way(meaning caramel and marshmallows). The green beans had bacon in them and were very flavorful and that sweet potato, I didn't know what I was missing until now.
Ashtyn was a great server. She offered us Texas Roadhouse gift cards to buy for Christmas and that was a great idea for Christmas stocking stuffers. Thank you Ashtyn😊
This was actually a great dining experience and the service, food, and atmosphere was great. I just have issues with the way they handle the military discount. They ONLY give the actual veteran the discount and ONLY on the entree. My two daughters were with me and they are considered "military" as well because they are my dependants. Even though I paid for the entire party, my discount was still limited to this. It would have been nice if at least the discount was applied to all that I ordered but it was still only applied to my entree. I think this establishment can do better.
Had dinner with the family (2 kids 2 adults) and was lucky enough to get placed in Chelsea’s section! She was attentive, kind, thoughtful and intuitive to what might be needed! Best service we have had in so long! Nicole the manager also came to check in, we will be back!
Usually the place is busy. But there is not long time to get a table. There is always hot bread with butter cream as a welcome. Cocteles are good, on my last visit I ordered the Hurricane Margarita, it was a little sweet but strong enough. For dinner I got the salmon which come with two sides I picked the mashed potatoes which comes with cheese and bacon and house salad and you can pick the dressing.
Everything was with good quality and flavor. The service was efficient.
My family had a wonderful experience tonight at this Texas Road House location. Jose our server was amazing! Attentive, knowledgeable on the menu, and friendly! Ask for him when you go to this location! The food was delicious. We ordered the hot wings for an appetizer, my husband and I both had steaks cooked perfectly. The manager was also circling the tables and interacting with the customers. We will be returning soon!
Went out for dinner this past week and our waiter, Ethan B., was fantastic. He was very friendly, attentive but also laid back personality. Next time I go back I will be sure to ask for his table and I'd recommend him to anyone who wants good service.
