Placed order for delivery at 5:56. Was delivered at 6:50. Pretty much same thing happened last time we ordered delivery, as well. No timeline was given at time of orders and no indication was given there would be any sort of delay.
Not good. I don’t want to call out anyone by name, but I had an absolutely horrendous experience there. If you are on the fence, find somewhere else to eat.
This store has consistently long delivery times. When the app tells me it is out for delivery I am at work about 5 min from the shop it should not take an hour to get here. This is consistent problem with this from this store. You call to complain and they just tell you that it's on the way but do
Have went in twice in the last 2 weeks both between 5-6pm and both times we have been told that there is no bread and it will be over a 20 minute wait! How do you not have bread ready at some of the busiest times!
Paced an order for delivery. Received at the hotel down the street in 10 mins. Not bad.
Takes 45 minutes to an hour for my food to be delivered, literally every single time. And I like to eat on my lunch break so it really sucks when I order in advance and it still isn't here on time.

Ordered delivery through app, received quickly but it was not made correctly. I called to have it remade and delivered. An hour and half before getting my order. Service worker on phone very disinterested in helping with the error.
