Dynamite Downtown Pub
You can get some very solid Irish- inspired food here while enjoying their ample tap list. The man loved the Irish whiskey options available.
We came for happy hour and had full bellies when we left. Be sure to try the shepherd’s pie. It’s something very special.
The atmosphere and service are phenomenal. This is probably the best bar in LO.
We had our rehearsal dinner at the Dullahan in their outdoor space and it was a huge hit. In addition to their delicious Irish fare, they were able to coordinate amazing gluten free and vegan options so all our guests could enjoy. Justyn helped us set up axe throwing for our guests as well as live music. It was a truly incredible night with a great vibe and great service.

A cozy Irish pub with good food and atmosphere and great bartenders! The Reuben was great but a little dry. Bartender was happy to add extra sauce and did not charge for the extra (thank you). The Sheppards Pie had a great flavor and the coleslaw was well above average (per the person who ate that).
4 stars because there are some things that should not be charged for, like $2 for a slice of rye bread (2-pieces) to sop up the rest of the Paddy's Reuben Dip. The dip had an awesome reuben flavor though it was a little soupy and hard to not dribble off the bread and onto your hand and lap, hence the need for extra bread.
Downstairs was a bit crowded with the tables. The old shuffleboard table is not usable as the varnish has worn off. A few people tried to play it with no success.
I recommend the upstairs bathroom (even though I did not see it) because the downstairs bathroom doubles as the utility room and as such was not the best bathroom.
All-in-all this is a great pub we will return to.
Working nearby, happened in for lunch about 2 weeks ago. Have now become a regular lunch patron! There is nothing I have not ABSOLUTELY loved! The fish and chips are sublime, perfectly fried. The Irish Stew gives me very warm memories of my GrandDa. Today I had the Apple, Walnut,Gorganzola salad and was amazed at the flavor. Can't wait to explore my way through the menu. Staff and both owners are wonderful and engaged. Come in!
I ate here for the first time with my bestie. I can hardly wait to come back. I loved everything about this place. Super friendly. The food was fabulous and just the atmosphere was so comfortable.
In comparison of fish and chips from England or Gibraltar, The Dullahan Irish Pub in Lake Oswego USA has the “BEST” tasting fish that is not dripping in deep fry oil. The fish is haddock, not cod and the quality of the fish is excellent. The fine tasting batter clings well to the fish and the preparation is air fryer quality NOT deep fryer greasy turn off. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming with accommodating service. The bartenders are skilled craftspeople offering fine whiskey, cocktails, and draft beer. Once inside you feel like a guest in the comfort of a home not a bar. On good weather days enjoy the vast outdoor seating and outdoor bar, big screen TV, music and sometimes live entertainment. This venue is just the establishment for having laughs with friends or enjoying a date with someone special.
I was beyond impressed by the food here. I was expecting typical bar food with an Irish twist, but what they delivered was a taste lovers treat.
The combination of flavors was incredibly well thought out and executed upon.
The Irish stew is a staple and they got it spot on. Comforting, savory, and balanced.
It came with soda bread, which was a first for me, and I'm hooked. So so good.
The wings, (i did get them twice cooked on purpose) were perfect. Crunchy outside, tender inside. There are three flavors, bbq, teriyaki, and spicy. We went spicy and it was delicious. Hot up front but cools quickly and doesn't linger.
And the Blarney burger stole the show. I'd go as far as saying top five burger I've had in all of Oregon. Absolutely epic burger, but you better bring your A game, it's no small feat. My buddy had to share it with me as it was too big for his baby stomach. Covered in pastrami, sour krout, and cheese, this thing was a blast for the pallet. Seriously, I'm considering going back today to get it for myself.
Also, the live music didn't hurt either. Great experience, will definitely be a regular here.
New name, previously Maher’s. New owners. Same cozy Irish pub charm. We decided to try something new for St. Patrick’s Day closer to home. Great food & drinks. Friendly service even after working a long St. Pat’s Day weekend. Great music. We’re very happy with our experience & will definitely be returning.
The weather was great so we sat outside. Our server was very friendly and patient with the old folks I brought along. My mom had the fish and chips and it was huge! She loved it. My pulled pork sandwich was fantastic as well. I Highly recommend this place.
Nice atmosphere, Excellent food and a top notch Whiskey menu. It would be someplace I would want to bring my Irish Pop if he were still here.
Great music Saturday with Rob Rainwater, just set the whole vibe for the evening. A must go back place.
Awesome food. Bacon jam on the burger! Staff tastefully navigated my family dynamic, and warded off yellow jackets with Tabasco and vinegar. Be kind when you visit here.
My new favorite place! Everything was perfect! Food was delicious, service was amazing, staff was friendly and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
Great service and food. It was not a big place, so it felt crowded even without being at capacity. Depending on your vibe, maybe that's a good thing. The food was great, and the service was quick.
This is a cool little location. Looks like a little house on a corner. Inside looks like an old rustic bar. I got the burger but the Irish food is fantastic also.
We had a great time on St. Patrick's day. The food was okay and everything was reasonably priced. The corned beef dish was great but the pulled pork sandwich was lacking. Too little pork and zero sauce. I have to put ketchup and mustard on it to even eat it. Still, the pork was good, not dry itself...but combined with a dry bun, it was rough.
This cute little pub is located in downtown Lake Oswego. The ambiance is laid back and the food is absolutely delicious. I had the shepherds pie tonight - I ate every bite!
No, I did not get the food this time. I have previously and did enjoy it. They have a great beer selection, and a cozy interior. While I was there, there was live music in the basement but I chose to sit upstairs away from it and they sound, and Carry which is a plus.
The staff was friendly and quick to greet me. If you are looking for an Irish pub, this has a really good vibe to it.
Great staff ties a nice bow on this staple of the community in the heart of Lake Oswego. Highly recommend the food.
