Lake Zurich Costco is absolutely fantastic, they keep the store clean, and keep products well stocked on the shelves. The hot dogs and pizza are delicious after a shopping trip!
They imposed stricter policies on membership cards and they stop you frequently. Last time I went there they checked my card at the door (fine). Then before I got to the checkout line WITH MY DRIVERS LICENSE and they gave a fuss saying that's not me. WHAT. and then they did the same thing when I was at the cashier (fine) and then again when I was exiting out the door with my receipt. Like get out of here. Slowed down EVERYTHING for everyone. I love costco but I don't shop there anymore. If you go during a weekend god help your soul.
Make sure to go at a time of day when samples are available. This location always seems to be very busy all day. The parking lot can be dangerous as people zoom thru to get to the gas station. There is a back entrance accessible by driving thru the neighborhood behind the radio tower. It's Costco though...spend $200 on frozen food and $2 on lunch to go.
Tire Center worker "Javier" is awesome!! He confirmed needed tires were in stock, I ordered online that day, and he fit my wife into the schedule later in the day (and even called me back) so she did not have to run a her spare tire long. Thank you Javier!! (and Costco)

I love this place. The people here are so nice and actually remember you if you go there a lot. Great prepared food. High quality products and many healthy/organic choices. The Kirkland house brand is also very good. If you want the most cash back sign up for the Executive Membership and the Costco Visa Card.
This is a great costco and my mom knows everyone since she worked there for 14 years. The costco people are a family and the store has great deals. We buy almost everything for the home at costco. I wish they has 3-6 months dresses and upto 12 months too. Costco also only caters to short people you can never buy pants for tall women there or a blouse everything is too short but everything else is great.
Love this Costco! Friendly staff who have excellent customer service skills! They are attentive to their member's needs!
Costco my happy place I love to shop here I do come to buy one thing but end up buying alot of staff there clothes is so good they have alot of brand names , there deal is unbeatable in everything, there baked goods is the best the almond and cheese danish is the best . They have alot of organic stuff and imported goodies .
Very crowded at this time of year, but very welled stocked with all the tasty things for the holidays
