We came for lunch and there were a lot of people but no wait. The service was really quick. We got the 10.99$ lunch break with chips and salsas, side salad, sweet tea, secret sauce burger, big mouth crispy chicken sandwich with fries. It was all yummy and flavorful. The secret sauce was a little off though it was very sweet. Overall good Chilis!
Coming from out of state and stopping by here I would say this is the best service we have received since we arrived. The staff was very attentive, quick to respond, hospitality was wonderful and they provided the most positive attitudes despite being under staff and getting large groups coming their way. Our server was Kristen and might I add her performance was amazing. She was very patient, kind and she gave great professional service!!! Highly recommend others to visit and I will most definitely return to this location!!!

Good food, ok service. They were very busy and the service wasn’t the greatest. I work in the restaurant business and I know what it means to be busy but when the server is busy the manager should walk the floor and say hi to the guest and ask how’s the meal. Also a very big hazard the floors were very slippery and could lead to a law suit if someone felt. Food was okay.
Haven't been to Chili's in a while, and was glad to try it again. The food was good and the prices were great. Our server was a bit rushed, but was friendly. We shared the $25 combo for 2 people, which came with a small appetizer (we got onion petals), two entrees from a list of options (I had chicken fajitas, he has Margarita Chicken), and a dessert (we had the cookie skillet with ice cream). We also added a Presidente margarita to the meal for $5, which was big enough for us to split.
My husband and I loved to eat and have our beverage, ultra-light. David, Chelsea, Alicia, and Chris in the bar are exceptional we enjoy the friendliness and kindness great job, the general manager Carmelo and the other manager are wonderful we loved this place.
Sat up at the bar last week for dinner. Great cold beer. I did add an 18% tip to my bill at checkout, but was told by a staff member that wasn't enough.
Updated for July 11th. Was told today by a different staff member that my experience last week wasn't typical, so I'm glad I'm back to get a better experience! Thanks Chelsea
I went here at about 10:00 at night. They were slammed with only one server servicing about 8 to 9 tables. My server was Sadie. She was non-stop hustling and still provided stellar customer service without one complaint or bit of negativity. Despite being overloaded and understaffed, she made it an enjoyable experience. I recommend to ask for her by name and be seated in her section for a wonderful dining experience. Joe who was the manager, was also excellent. He was on the floor helping and provided great customer service as well.
Delicious hamburger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. Happy hour, great pour of cabernet sauvignon. Staff friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly and perfect.

They was short staff when we first arrived .Hats off to her she did a great job ,hustling around trying to get everyone satified and taken care of.I have never been a server and nor would I ever try to do there job...She was outstanding and I even told her she was awesome. She never complained about being short staffed and was always smiling when she was at our table ...Give this girl a raise !!!! We will be back and I hope we get Brittney again as our server.
