This is the kind of restaurant that every town/city needs! As a bread baker for 7yrs at a five star five diamond resort I stand by saying that their bread and baked goods are some of the best I have had! Amazing food and the friendliest service! Plus their coffee makes me oh so happy! Every time I visit my folks we go here for breakfast and lunch. This is a must go place!

Love their soups and sandwiches. We had a corn beef and they cut all the fat out and made a delicious lean sandwich. The red roasted pepper soup was to die for! ☆☆☆ love this place!!!!!!!

Great new place in town. Wonderful sandwiches and fresh baked desserts. Limited menu right now BUT I predict this will soon be a very busy, very popular place and the menu will expand. Try it now while seating is still available.

Unbelievable!! I took a short trip to the North Country and found this superb place to unwind and really enjoy lunch. Not really a restaurant, but much more than a coffe shop. The place is quaint, with Jack Johnson playing softly in the background. It has tables and a comfy couch to just relax and enjoy. Please see the attached photos. It was super good and the owners come out and check that you are enjoying your visit. Closes early so be aware of that.

First off I must say that you are the most welcoming people I've had the privilege of meeting. The food is awesome and I love the fact of ordering right at the register. And cleaning up after yourself is a great touch. My co worker and I brought our client to eat here. We came from Danforth Maine as a vacation for our client. Wheelchair fit perfectly inside and we had a nice view of town and the shops. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. Our client even loved it..keep up the good work and my next time through I'll for sure be stopping in. 😊

Beautiful coffee shop, excellent friendly staff, AMAZING coffee with adorable local themed names and locally sourced ingredients. Our coffees were the best we've had since moving to New Hampshire! So good we downed them within minutes and considered going back for another. Cant go wrong with anything from here. Cant say enough about how warm and inviting the staff is!

Love this place. Great homemade bread. Service is always top notch. It's a go to place for us. Sometimes 2x a week. They offer daily things according to what national day it is. They are starting to add more bakery items. And they look so yummy

Really great breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich that was excellent. They bake their own bread and its reflected in the flavor. The eggs are very good also. But the standout is the bacon. This is among the best bacon I've ever eaten. The coffee was very high quality also. In addition the location is nice, the staff is friendly and the prices are VERY good. Highly recommend.

You need to go here. Fresh food, homemade bread. Vegetable omelette was excellent. No complaints. Chef came out to the table to ask us how it was. Do yourself a favor and try it out. Tell them Steve sent you.

My wife and I stopped in at this location for quick late afternoon lunch. The service provided by the staff was only secondary to the quality and deliciousness of the food. We both ordered a sandwich that was served on rye bread that was made fresh on site. We were so impressed with the taste of the bread, we bought a loaf of it before we left. Definitely would stop there again for breakfast or lunch.

Went to breakfast at the Granite Grind in Lancaster. The food was absolutely amazing. Perfectly cooked egg white veggie omelette, crispy bacon and homemade sourdough bread. Rick had blueberry pancakes with tons and tons of wild blueberries. Amazing food and even nicer people

Great coffee and good food at reasonable prices. You can just order toast, from homemade bread, which is not often the case these days. Local meeting spot.

Stopped in for breakfast and coffee to go 3/25/23- Great atmosphere in this historic building, woman serving the counter was very friendly and we chatted about events in the area. Coffee was high quality and breakfast sandwhich to-go was stellar! homemade bread, looked like 4 eggs?? on the sandwhich + crunch bacon. Yes please! welcoming spot in Lancaster for quality breakfast.

Went here for the first time today and had a great breakfast sandwich on excellent sourdough bread! The woman who waited on us at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Minus one star because there was another employee, a man, who was bizarrely rude. It was a real sour spot in our experience.

My husband and I had BLT’s on homemade whole grain bread. It was monstrous! It was amazing. It came with a nice side salad with cranberries and dressing. The staff was very nice.

I have so many annoying dietary restrictions and the wonderful staff here made me feel so comfortable. They took the time to help me find something to eat. My boyfriend and I both loved the food here. Will definitely be back again!
