I'm going to be real honest, check your bag before you leave the drive thru. However, every single time I have had a problem the new management has promptly fixed the error professionally and in the best ways possible!
Staff is friendly but it can tend to take a while to get ur food. But to me in my opinion thats a good thing bc that means ur getting fresh cooked food
If you don't know any better you would think the place was closed that's why I put the picture of the entrance off of 521, it's in that shopping center where Papa John's is. The food was incredible the employees were very helpful and courteous store was immaculate the service was fast and everything you ordered was in the bag.
If you're looking for some good taco Bell this is the place to go.
Seems like Taco Bell everywhere has the slowest drive through of all fast food. However, given the struggles with staffing lately I cannot hold it against them. The folks who were working during my most recent visit were quite pleasant and did their jobs the best that they could. Thank you, Lancaster Taco Bell! Your services are appreciated.
