They close early, at 7pm.
The owner came out and asked us how the food was halfway through our dinner, and offered to give us falafel to try. Very generous, and smart! Cuz those falafels were small but mighty! Told all our friends about this place at the convention and hope it brought them more business.
Food was great, but some better than others.
Definitely the Bulgur Wheat over the Rice.
I've had better rice elsewhere, but bulgur wheat was truly excellent.
Baba Ganoush - very good
garlic sauce wins over tahini!
Tabouli was not the best, as the parsley used was maybe older and tough.
house salad - nothing exceptional, but good
souls patrician - didn't know what this was, but it's grilled veggies served cold. Definitely a must get.
chicken shawarma- felt more dry than moist
lamb kofta - actually wanted the lamb kabob, but they had run out. kofta was good. They give you 2 pieces, and I wish they gave me more!
Server was very nice and helpful in helping us decide the sides, and not at all condescending or impatient. thank you!
This is a hidden gem. The restaurant is not fancy or well decorated but it has a great family atmosphere and surprisingly delicious food. It’s definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed it tremendously. You get more food than you can eat for a reasonable price. We will definitely make a second trip when we come in from Atlanta.
This place for yeas has been one of my favorites and they still never disappoint. I give this place 5⭐️ rating literally every time I come back. They know how to keep that place clean and food is on point! Thank you for being here choupli

Absolutely love this place. The food has always been on point for us. Our go to orders are the chicken shawarma plates and my favorite is the mouth watering Lamb Kofta 🔥 cannot recommend enough. The owner is very friendly and generous.

Delicious food! Very fast and friendly staff, and the red hot sauce was so amazing! I love spicy sauces but this one has such a good flavor. The chicken was perfectly cooked, both the shawarma and the kebob were totally delicious! I am definitely coming back!
Best kept secret in Lansing…AND IT SHOULD NOT BE. Great healthy fresh food fast with awesome friendly service. I love this place. I wish they would franchise it and have them everywhere.
Was in Lansing for business trip stopped by this excellent kabob place. They have some very tasty options for lunch. I tried the Lamb kabob plate , it was very tasty and the portion size was pretty good.
Staff is very friendly and will let you try diffrent options before you make a selection.
Hummus & Babagnoush side were pretty slick.
It's not fine dining* but the food was really good. It's also economical compared to other Mediterranean places, so that's a plus.

Amazing food wish we had one close to our house.
We had chicken shawarma over rice and humus. And chicken kabobs. Two plates and drinks for $20.
Great staff. Known the two workers since they opened.
