We are from Virginia so I was really pleased when we found it so easily and quickly found parking nearby. My pot pie soup was delicious and just what I needed. My husband said his honey ham sandwich was great and filled him up. If we ever get back this way, I hope to come again.
I've gone here several times a week for almost a year now! The variety of choices and quality of tasty, nutritious soups is the best anywhere. And the friendly and efficient staff make it a joy to visit. Salads are fresh and delicious too, and they have the best soft cookies in town!
The staff was welcoming and courteous. I was tempted to fill up on samples LOL! Love to the lobster bisque, stuffed green pepper and the curry chicken.
Fast even when there's a line out the door! Favorite lunch spot in Lansing.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the food was very good!!! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting.

My family doesn't live or work in Lansing, but every time we get the chance, we drive in from Eaton Rapids. My son and I LOVE the lobster bisque, and my husband loves the macaroni and cheese soup. Great place for an awesome lunch!
My first time today. The soup, bread, service, atmosphere! You walk in & are asked if you've ever been there. If not, greeter explains their set up, includig that they let you taste any & all the awesome soups! Go through line, see pots of soups behind glass deli counter. Servers hand you samples. I got the Lobster Bisque & multi-grain bread. Soooon good! They also have sandwiches and salads, and take-out. Similar to Panera, but smaller, which I prefer. I'll be back as soon as I can!!!
Love the Lobster bisque , I hope I spelled that right. There is are a couple of gals who remember my name and that made me feel special. Real good soup zoup.

Always a nice selection of favorites and new flavors to try. You can sample any soup before placing your order which is wonderful especially because the pricing isn’t cheap. Soup is the feature but the sandwiches, salads and mac n cheese are amazing too. A pick two option gives you a full meal with 2 smaller portions so you don’t have to limit yourself. The fresh baguette with available butter compliment any soup selection and rounds out the meal. Don’t forget to use the app and place a to go order so you don’t have to wait in line.
Got the new hot honey sandwich with the Mac and cheese. Gotta say it’s 10/10 sandwich had good flavor and the Mac and cheese was creamy. Also have a very impressive soup selection. Would recommend to anyone 💪💪💪
Absolutely delicious! The grilled cheese and tomato soup was very filling and simply amazing. The Mac and cheese was most definitely a new favorite. Fast friendly service I will highly recommend.

WOW!!! I stopped in for lunch while attending a conference at the Lansing Center. It was a fairly cool Michigan spring day. Previous days leading up to today had been in the 70's. Today however was in the 50's and it was raining. Soup sounded great. They had a massive selection and offered large samples before I ordered. I got the pick two as well as a sandwich. That was a TON of food. I am. It proud but I did manage to eat it all. While the food is fantastic while there I witnessed a father and toddler son enjoying lunch and when they were done and about to leave the owner approached and offered to take care of their tray and high chair. At the time I though wow this place has great management who are very involved with Day to day operations. On a last note as I was about to leave, while I refilled my coke the machine had a few hiccups (air in the lines/ running out of product) and the owner rushed over to apologize and tried to remedy the problem. Yet again I was extremely impressed, if I was a local I would make this a regular stop.
I've been here twice. Both times I got a soup and salad combo for about 10 bucks. The soup is insanely good. The service was great too. They gave me good recommendations.
To Zoup Management: Let us tip your employees. It's messed up you don't allow that. Shame on you.
Delicious food. It is very crowded and very busy, but the wait time is shorter than it seems. Their soup was rich and the sandwiches were not dry or soggy so just right. I have not been disappointed with any bite from the food I ordered, even the ones where you're at the ends of the sandwich.
We went there today coming from Indiana.They have good food and sandwiches. The staff there very very friendly and care customer well. Thanks a lot
Fantastic place to eat! Excellent service, let my family and I sample ALL the soups happily. Sandwiches are delicious too and the wonderful organic drinks. Very very pleased with the decision to eat here
Great soups! The weekly soup rotation schedule is a great reason to go back whenever you're in the mood for a soup, salad, and/or sandwich combo.
When in Lansing, Michigan stop here for lunch. Neat little place. Menu built around healthy lifestyle options, catering to everyone from vegans and carnies to gluten conspiracy theorists. Tried their flight of soup. You get your choice of three soups in 5 oz cups for as little as $8. Great deal for a great meal.
This is a chicken caesar salad review. I ordered a full size, and it is enough for two lunches depending on the day. I don't know if this is always true, but it was 99% dark leafy romaine lettuce (a good thing) instead of the thicker stalk/rib parts as you get closer to the base of the hearts. There was plenty of chicken and just enough parm and croutons. The proportions were spot on. That, and it was all in smaller pieces like a chopped salad. Much easier to eat. The multi-grain hunk of bread was also fresh and tasty. A really solid meal for $8 and change.
Went there for lunch today. My husband had never had it. We got the pepper steak soup and the white chicken chili. We also got the Italian and the cali chicken. Everything was delicious, he wants to go back everyday lol. The only thing I took a star off was for it’s kind of expensive but I understand the rising cost of things. Either way, we will be back again soon.
It's not just soup! It's so addicting! Best ever! The sandwiches are great dipping in them into ANY soup! Also, one should be opened in Owosso so we don't have to travel to Lansing every time we get a craving.... Once a week lol
I work downtown and this is one of my favorite places to stop for a quick and delicious bite. The store is always cleaned and well maintained and the staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever interacted with. The manager even remembered my name the last time I went in, I go there maybe once or twice a month so I think it's pretty amazing that the manager would even remember me. Outstanding customer service and great soup! What's not to love?
Ordered this place on GrubHub. It was pretty late due to GrubHub, but the food itself was pretty good. I didn't give a 4 because of the food being late. Only reason I don't give it a 5 is because it's sort of similar to a Panera bread but much more expensive. The soup could also use a little more seasoning. I really liked the bread though
