1st time here and it's my new fave!!! Great food, great atmosphere, fun, friendly - attentive - knowledgeable - staff!!! I will be telling everyone about this place. My new must stop when in Lansing!!!
I like the food. Kinda expensive too, but the Greek fries are worth it. Wait staff are rude and management is worse. But I'll just continue to order take out from them. If you feel like calling and placing a take our order, I would just go there. I've been forgotten about plenty of times in the phone. They're pretty fast when you are able to put an order in.
Great food, great price. I have been frequenting this place since their re-opening. (And by frequent I mean 3 times a week for at least a lunch or dinner) The food is great, always piping hot, and very reasonably priced. Though I have never had anything here I didn't care for, the Gyros are the best you will find anywhere. The daily specials are awesome and make it as affordable as a value meal from one of the surrounding fast food joints. Give it a shot and come back often! You will not be sorry.
Good Philly.. Only ever had the Philly. So I don't know about the rest of the menu but steak and cheese got it going on.

I'm so glad my sister chose this old favorite of hers!
This was my first time here. We started with feta, tzatziki, and the fried asparagus.
Let me tell you, fellow diners, I would have been happy with just appetizers! The tzatziki was the most flavorful I've ever had. The feta was delicious, and the asparagus was an absolute flavorful delight!! I don't like asparagus as a general rule, but when they wrapped it in batter and deep-fried it, it changed it! The deep, flavored tones of the asparagus were complimented by the batter. It was a deep, smokey treat that should be savored slowly, like a good cigar!!!
We all got a different sandwich. Mine was the chicken Philly. It was flavorful, with a generous portion of everything. I got the Greek fries. Thinking about them, right now, my mouth is watering!
I don't remember which sandwiches everyone got, but hubbs chili fries were loaded with chili.
The bar itself is a wonderful old place. It's a nice size, plenty of seating, and it didn't feel pretentious. Idk why I noticed, but the wood floors reminded me of an old dance hall from when I was a kid.
Our waitress was good. She kept hubbs beer full and kept the plates cleared.
Also felt safe leaving. There was a heavy police presence outside and behind Steakhouse Phillys while we were there dining... (we didn't get there until 8:30 pm).
This is only a few miles away from my job, so it'll be easy to get a quick lunch from here, too!!

I don’t even like writing reviews but this place shocked me! From out of town & was just looking to kill some time & get a drink. A friend who was a local recommended here! Smelled great so ended up getting the cut of the day(steak) & it was great & portions were generous. Randomly also the best house salad I’ve had in a long time.
Staff was tight but they made it work & had great service! I’d go back out of town just to eat there again l!
Great selection of Philly sandwiches and Greek entrees. Appetizers and entrees were prepared quickly and tasted very good. Nice selection of craft beers available. Decent size dining area is comfortable and clean. Our server, Natalie, was very pleasant and attentive.
What's not to love? This place is as warm and familiar as your own coat pocket. Dreary, grey January day, all seats filled and no-one in a hurry. Old Indiana-Purdue basketball game on the TV and Foreigner on the Jukebox. The keen eyed observers might even see the waitresses doing a shot. All the food is great, but get the original if passing through. Staff is hanging on by a thread. Give em' a break and a tip.
Wow, I am way impressed since the renovations! They have a nice inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable. Great beer selection including a lot of Michigan Craft Beers. Good quick meals before a Spartans game, Go Green!
Had an awesome Gyro sandwich there today! Great place. If you haven't been you should stop in!
Philly Steak was good, fries were a bit soggy. But the service is fast, very accommodating and nice. Atmosphere is fun too. And if you're lucky you can see deer in the park next to it.
Appetizers Greek wings and Mac bites were excellent cheesesteak was a little dry really wanted it to be better next time id get more cheese or a sauce for it! Can be very loud in here!
This place was great, the food, service & atmosphere are all great. Great place to hang with friends, catch a game, and enjoy great food.
The fried perch was fantastic and a good portion as well. Food was hot and delicious. Great service and it was fairly busy. Refilled my water without asking. Clean bathrooms and ample parking.
It is a nice place. I took my wife there after she was feeling burned out, and I think the atmosphere had the most positive impact on her. It was lively, exciting, and cheerful.
The food was awesome, they have seasoned steak, the kebob is great, and their Greek salad is delicious.
The servers are active and diligent, their team seems strong, engaged and committed. And although it was very busy, the wait time was fair.
Now the best thing is... It is quite affordable, their prices are fair.
We had a good time there, and my wife was feeling happy and relaxed after we left.
First time here and it was good. Heard about the Philly Cheese Steaks from a buddy. It was true what he said, good. The fries were done perfectly too. They were thicker so you could taste the potato. They were perfectly crispy and salted just right. The sandwich could have had a bit more meat but was very tasty. The meat was juicy and the cheese was gooey. The onions were just right to add some additional flavor. The bread was fresh, light and buttered just right. The whole package was worth the ~$10. Definitely coming back again.
A nice spot to grab delicious bar food! The Phillies are super good. This restaurant is very loud though, it is even difficult to hear conversations at your own table.
