This place has great tasting fried food. The lady who helped us was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the cheese curds!
I do doordash and the lady gave me attitude because I wouldn't sit down while I waited. If I wanted to sit down I would've. I don't need to sit all day long. I'm not lazy. I've never ate here. The men are always kind when I interact with them. She's made it so I don't want to come back. Maybe they should hire someone that won't tell people what to do.
One of my favorite spots to grab food in the Lansing area that I recommend to everyone. Their full wings are unbeatable and I’ve bought a tub of their seasoning. The meat always falls off the bone and I’m always nibbling at scraps at the end and scooping leftover seasoning with my finger.
Yes, most of their stuff comes covered in their seasoning (which is great), but you do have the option to ask for no seasoning or less seasoning on the phone or when ordering online. I usually put even more on myself. Staff is also always friendly and helpful. I’ll continue going here whenever I’m craving chicken.
Picked up an order of chicken livers for my Sister... IMHO they'd been in the fryer a minute too long. Centers were soooo dry and breading was very dark (just shy of black). It was super busy as they're one of the few places open on Sunday evening.
I called because the side had also been omitted. Anyway, they accepted my word, apologized, asked if I could return to pick up a replacement, and when I said we had grandchildren who needed to get home, insisted on refunding my whole $20 to my account, even though I suggested only $14, the cost of that dinner.
First time the food hasn't been super and I now know I can order "soft fried" for things like gizzards and livers.
What a great meal!! Went with a group of 4. Ordered popcorn shrimp, catfish, mixed chicken, Cajun wings, chicken tenders and clams. EVERYTHING was delicious, fresh and hot. We were hesitant to order catfish because we had never had good catfish north of Kentucky. Their catfish came in a very close second to our favorite catfish restaurant in Glorida. We will definitely be back.
Love this place! Hard to find decent fish in Lansing. They do a top notch job on chicken as well. Big fan of the salmon dinner. My order has always been complete and as ordered! They are an excellent value.
We tried the grilled alligator, it was a little tough but it was very flavorful. The fish basket was good too. 👍
Not only is the food consistently delicious (the gizzards are to die for), but the people there are really the best. Always friendly, efficient and professional. Today, I stopped in to pick up my order that I placed online, and it was ready five minutes early and served with a smile from the gentleman behind the counter.

Guy Fieri wasn't kidding when he came here!! The food was great, and the young ladies working the counter were so extremely nice and helpful!! We'll definitely be back, I promise you won't be disappointed ❤❤❤❤❤
The food here SLAPS! Their special seasoning is excellent, their breading is excellent, it's all excellent. I tried frog legs for the first time...you guessed it EXCELLENT! If you haven't tried it you have to at least once. Won't be your last time.
The food was so good! We tried the gizzard's and gator, both were perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
I ordered spicy seasoning with Cajun seasoning added ... I called and asked then to cook crispy ( a few extra minuts) ... and IT IS PERFECT !!! ... nobody else can do it like this .. THANK YOU !!!!
