This is one of my favorite places to go to eat! I really like everything on their menu. There is always great service here. The prices for the food is affordable! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!
My boyfriend decided after he got his bagel he wanted to eat it now instead of later and asked them to toast it. Due to health code they can't take it back. Since he didn't know they gave him a new bagel, toasted so he could enjoy his bagel in store. Thanks to Adrina and John for having exceptional customer service! You went above and beyond which made our expirence much better.
This Panera has the absolute best staff and while some items on the menu I've turned away from, their Chicken Caesar Salad, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and Sugar Cookies regardless of shape keep me coming back! Cannot get enough! I can always count on the Panera Staff if I need a pick-me-up or to satisfy a quick craving!
I ordered from the table I sat at without any problems.After a few minutes my order was delivered to with the exception of a cup for ice tea which I went to ask for and received. The food was really good.
I will tell you what the manager there is like one of the best managers I've ever seen in my life the guy really goes all out to please the customer Everybody needs a good leader his team should be very proud of him.

Cori is absolutely incredible! Fast service with a smile at the counter! She made my day better right from the start. Her customer service is incredible! I watched in awe as I ate a delicious breakfast. Refilling waters, hot coffee, fresh bread, taking orders, helping anyone out, etc… all with a smile! This company should know how lucky they are to have an incredible worker like Cori! Will definitely be back soon(:
I was there during an unexpectedly busy day for them due to storms knocking out power to other nearby locations. Yet the staff remained friendly, courteous, and helpful, and warned every customer in advance of the possible delays in service of up to 30 minutes because of the surge of business. However, my food was ready in only about 15 minutes anyway, was hot, fresh, and delicious, and served with a smile. Kudos to everyone who worked that day!
Clean store, friendly cashiers that answered questions thoroughly! Asian sesame chicken salad didn't have much dressing, but was a good mix of flavors. Creamy tomato was ok but tasted like somebody used the broccoli cheddar ladle. Does the drink station need to be so cluttered and pigeonholed in that tiny alcove?
Josh was so helpful and kind. The manager was doing a great job, and the food was delicious. Ill definitely be back!😁
Even on a busy day they were still fast with my online order pick up. Nice and courteous staff here! My food was delicious as usual!
I had a great experience at Panera today. My cashier was so nice & helpful & laughed along with me when I literally said every word in my order like the English language had escaped me completely. Not to mention, Panera food is always so tasty! It tastes like it should cost a lot more than it does & that's fantastic.
Dropped by that evening and they were loaded with food and pastries after the storm. The staff was very friendly and the food ordered was great.
I wish they'd spent more effort on the aesthetics of outdoor dining. Their sidewalk area is sort of dirty and cluttered.
