This McDonald's is the best one in the area! The service is extremely quick and you don't have to worry about waiting in line for 20 minutes! All of the employees and managers are friendly and understanding with the situations! 10/10 recommend any food, drinks, and desserts! Never once had my food come out cold!

This is the best McDonalds in the area !!! The food is nice and warm and fresh. All of the managers are super sweet and friendly. The atmosphere is great. I never seem to have a problem when I go. Place is also nice and clean. The service is super fast too I’m in and out quickly, even when there’s a rush they’re quick to it.
The lines at the drive thru move quickly. The staff seems professional and courteous whenever I visit, and the food is usually hot and fresh. Orders are accurate, too.
I like the food 👍 and the workers are helpful. They have a play place which is always clean and chill atmosphere. Beem coming to this mc Donald's for years. Even when my app was messing up, they still gave me free kids meals until we figured out the problem. Good service 👍
They gave it a better rating had they not added extra sauce to my sandwich instead of easy on the sauce but besides that it was a good stop messy but good
Food was decent, totally got chested on the fries tho. The containers were filled halfway. Always a strong no when they do that.
The service was,great and was with a smile. Their food was hot and fresh. The mgrs are not clearly noted. I spoke with store mgr. This morning he said franchise rules are no name tags. If u do not wear name tags how can we answer the questions,on survey or1800 number.
The speed is great here. Dominique has a great attitude and great customer svc. But no smile. Pls smile u make everyone's visit great.
Drive through was quick, food wasn't greasy and employees were all friendly.
This Lansing McDonald's location has excellent customer service. Quality of food is good. Lobby is always clean. Food is hot, and your order is always correct. This is one of my favorite McDonald's location
Food is always fresh. They just get a little slow for my taste. Not a quick place to go if you have a 30 mins lunch brake unless you eat in the car on the way home. The line is just about always wrapped around the corner. At least the McFlurry machine works.
