Food has been amazing every time. Usually takes a moment but that's because it's going to be hott so I don't mind. Longet I've waiting is 5 mins but that's nothing when your talking fresh hot 🔥 fries.
Um experience at this establishment was great the stay was great very chill atmosphere all the workers were busy doing what they do and I do believe the manager on duty who we shall call E.... Was attentive while watching his staff correcting any errors as well as too make it. Point to greet us very politely and ask how our meal was going also the shakes at this place are A1 I will definitely be going. Back
The employees were great, as well as the food. But the whole atmosphere had a dingy feel to it. The building and parking lot are both in need of revamping, and at least an outside eating area would be nice. Oh well, it's not enough to stop me from going back.
Went after work close to close, everyone was extremely nice and provided excellent service, specifically Mark and Eric.
For a while now I have avoided the south MLK fast food choices because I had always found either the service or the food to be subpar. I don't know if Rally's got new ownership but whatever happened don't change it. I have been here twice within the last two weeks and have been very impressed on both visits. Staff was polite and quality of food is amazing. Will return soon.
Fast and friendly service. Food was awesome. Big man running window needs a raise. He is fast, his skills are impeccable, food is on point, and he's always smiling and in a good mood.... even though it seems like he is living there because he is always working.
Pay him the best because he is your best employee.
Plus I know the special hell it is to deal with difficult customers...
I've worked fast food before.
I'm telling the higher up people to give that man a raise and keep him happy.
Go ahead and one of the best burgers in the world..
I am always surprised at what great service and product that Rally's puts out at such a terrific price. The shake machine seems to always be working which is something that other fast food places can't seem to keep working. I have always enjoyed our meals from this location and the staff seems to take pride in the job that they do. Please keep up the wonderful work

Usually on top off everything. Today was not so good. Usually looks like a caring person prepared your order. You know like someone likes their job.
Update: I have been again. Still Quality Food made with care. Like one would expect out of the fast food business.

Although there was a bit of a wait the manager explained that he and only 1 staff were working. No other staff came to work. I was in shock to hear that news.
But he service me quickly giving me extra condiments and napkins. Rally has good sales. ..2 sandwiches for $3 bucks.. wonderful price!!!!
I love Rally's! The olive burgers are the absolute best!! 😋 their seasoned fries are always hot and i never get many hard ones.i always reccomend rallys for hot tasty food. 😀 the service on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired, on this particular visit i pulled up to the window just in time to hear the employees yelling racial slurs at each other, i thanked them for my food and wished them a better day before i drove off to enjoy my lunch. 😊
