I went to this location last night & even though they were very busy they made sure to great everyone that walked in the door kindly. After I placed my order I had to wait a bit which was fine. When I picked up my order the lady said she comped me a free item because I had to wait so long. Thank you to the staff there for looking out for your customers! Even on a Sunday evening & being swamped with customers they were all very upbeat & even dancing while filling orders. Definitely will be going back to this location.
APOLOGIES FIRST!!! I meant to write this review a couple months ago & forgot. I wanted to thank the manager. I believe her name is Janette. I have been purchasing from this Firehouse for several years now & they always provided great customer service & especially the subs themselves! Hook & Ladder is my FAVORITE!! But I did try their Steak sub (Philly style) a couple months ago. I filled out the survey they sent to my email. This was the 1st & only time I didn't enjoy my sub from there. Janette personally called me to apologize & offered me a large sub of my choosing! She was friendly & and lovely to talk to. I am always happy with their food & service. But she handled it professionally & with a courteous approach and called me promptly to offer an apology & a free sub. This is the quality of customer service that we rarely see anymore. It was a refreshing change from many other businesses I patron. . Thank u Firehouse for always providing stellar service!
On 6/6/2022 around 12:40 to my surprise I had one of the best experiences in Firehouse subs. As a newly diagnosed Celiac it has become very scary to eat outside of my own home. It's quite depressing not to be able to go anywhere anytime more. When I heard they offered Gluten-free bread rolls I could not resist.
When ordering my sandwich I asked if the person making my food could change their gloves do to my allergy. The manager I wish I had her name , made sure everything was sanitize everyone in the line change their gloves they change the paper in the foil on the oven I don't know if this is customary at all firehouse subs but I know that I will definitely be returning to this particular one because not only did I enjoy my sandwich I did not get ill and it means so much to me that I have a place I can go and feel safe to eat! Thank you all!
Firehouse is a national chain of hot sandwich shops. Their theme is fire department related and they give a percentage of their sales to public safety.
I have visited this location many times. It's never too busy and is usually pretty clean. Although on a recent visit it was raining and the ceiling was dripping.
They serve hot sandwiches that are freshly prepared after you order. I generally get a club sandwich, but have had a Pastrami and it's good too. My wife enjoys the turkey sandwich. Also, if you like Lime-Aid, give there Cherry Lime-Aid a try. Good, hot sandwiches at the average price of $7 - $8.
First time Firehouse Sub customer. Quick, efficient, delicious. Great employees, CLEAN store and food prep area. Definitely going back for more.
Great food, prompt service and clean environment. We will go back especially for their Pepperoni & Meatball Sub.
Went here yesterday for lunch. My first time trying Firehouse subs. The staff was friendly and the young lady bagging my food was so nice. I think shes got to be a manager there or something. Her name tag said Krystal I think. Super nice! I will definitely be back.
