Love this place. Just wish there was one where I live in Wichita, Ks.
This was my initial review: Never has shake machine on or "working" when I stop there even though it says 24 hours. Why don't they clean the machine in the wee hours? I mean it's ridiculous. At night after dinner time it's ALWAYS "not working right now!"
UPDATE: "Well the store contacted me and has corrected the problem. Thank you to all the employees at Jack in the Box, located on Sonoma! I really appreciate your quick response and great service!"
Moms hasn't had j.i.t.box for 5 years so I took her in in the way going to arizona. convenience off freeway took a while for our order. Drive thru busy dining area empty but average customer service. Great location for view of mountain
They are always on it!! Kevin is super nice and attentive. Thank you for always getting the orders straight!! Love them here!😊
From tacos to burgers, I love this place. Hit this particular jack in the box whenever I'm there for lunch. Not real impressed with the new sourdough pattymelt. Ill stick with the grilled sourdough jack. One of my favorite burgers of all time
Tasty sandwich fries were good. I didn't expect that from Jack's box.
