When you walk in you'd never guess but the service and food here is awesome. Pot stickers, bao and short rib grilled cheese were awesome! The noodles and rice were good too. Awesome people working there.

Absolutely amazing. The staff was very good. Saw it on triple d. Will definitely eat here again when back in Vegas. Small and very quaint loved it. Very clean and is inside the Eureka casino. It was easy to get to. Take your friends tell everyone. Hidden gem. Short rib grilled cheese 🧀 is a must with the dipping sauce yummy.

Tried out their Pork Belly Bao, Shortrib Grilled Cheese, and the Fat Choy Breakfast. Each one was great. I have to come back to try the Duck Rice. This a spot you have to try if you're ever in Vegas.

Amazing short rib grilled cheese sandwich! It's a double workout day! Their special strawberry salad is also delicious. We will continue to bring our out of town guests here!

Very cute retro feel! Love coming here for their 6 dollar steak and eggs! Tammi is an amazing waitress. It does not smell like a casino because of the closed door. My favorite local casino restaurant!

Awesome customer service by Kayla our waitress. The ground short rib burger was very tasty but lacked a Chinese flair I was expecting. My boys had a couple of combo veggie bowls as well and Jr had some plump chicken wings and a very larger Yummy Root Beer float! Look forward to returning to this 50 + year ol family run establishment the Eureka Casino on E Sahara and 6th street. Jesus cares say your prayers Amen!

Wow. Just delicious. Sesame noodles had some heat but weren’t too spicy, had tons of different textures and flavors. Short rib grilled cheese hit. And Mac salad was great. Unsuspecting location in the casino, but was totally worth it. Staff was kind and cool. Will be back for sure.

We are delighted to have eaten here. Our entire party of 6 was extremely happy with the service, quality of food & price! We will certainly return for our Tuesday lunches! The tortilla chips were PERFECT & so crispy & warm. The burgers were phenomenal, the tacos were perfect (chicken & salmon). The chilly was rated delicious but a little under spiced for our chilly loving friend. Add the extremely competent staff (one waitress & one cook) and it’s beyond amazing they can pull this off! Kudos to them! 5 stars not given purely as it’s not a 5 star restaurant.

Overall: 4.6/5 (dine in) Fat Choy is located inside Eureka Casino near the front entrance. The staff is very nice and act like they're a family. The older man really cares about building a relationship with all his patrons. The place itself looks like an old moody diner. The lighting is very warm so it's not that great for pictures but the food is great. I came on a Monday at 2 PM so it was pretty empty but a bunch of people started showing up as I dined. My food came out in ~10 minutes and was nicely presented. I really wanted to try their pork belly bao benedicts but they only serve it during breakfast which ends at 11 AM. Pork Belly Baos ($11 for 2): I read the Yelp reviews and it looks like they're known for the pork belly baos so I decided to try this in lieu of the pork belly bao benedicts. It did not disappoint and was my favorite item of the meal. The pork belly was thick, juicy, flavorful, and the right amount of meat:fat ratio. The bao was warm & soft. They were generous on the garlic topping which gave a nice crunch and added flavor. My only gripe was that they didn't put enough pickled mustard greens. That acidity would have balanced out the bao for sure. I would also recommend putting the green onions inside the baos so they can be eaten together. Fat Choy Combo Plate ($17): This plate comes with 3 types of meat - grilled chicken, kalbi, & slow roasted pork belly. The grilled chicken was pretty dry, even with the sauce drenched on top. This pork belly was drier than the one used in the bao but it was better than the chicken. The kalbi was the best of the 3 since it wasn't dry and had good flavors. The salad didn't have any dressing and some of the pieces were bad so I had to take those out. I put some Sriracha on top as my sauce or dunked it in the meat sauce. The white rice was also a bit dry so mix it well in the sauce. The macaroni salad was my favorite and really good.

I was very excited to finally check this spot out after seeing it on Triple D. It’s tucked away in a little gem of a casino. It really has that old Las Vegas vibe to it. Once inside the restaurant, your senses are surprised as it’s a retro looking little diner set up. I enjoyed a very tasty Bloody Mary from the bar as I waited for my food. I had the Pork Belly Bao and the Sesame Noodles and added Chinese Sausage on top. The Boa was bursting with a fusion of pork belly flavor with some Asian flare. The bun was soft and the overall dish blended very with with all the ingredients. The Sesame Noodle dish was also very tasty and fresh. I highly recommend you stop on in and try this place out.

We tried some of the best stuff at Fat Choy and it was all delicious. Our waitress was so amazing and so nice. The fries were actually some of the best I’ve ever eaten. The grilled cheese was sweet and savory at the same time! And I still crave the sesame noodles about once a week. They were so good!

Definitely worth the drive from North Vegas. First the food is fantastic. The grilled cheese hit the spot. The whole staff was awesome, very personable and made my family and me feel right at home. April was our server, she deserves a bonus! She was efficient, quick and funny. Gabe makes cheese cake better than my grandma lol. Would highly recommend checking this place out. My daughter also got the soft serve ice cream and April put a cone on top, totally made her night. Thank you for a great family night out. We will definitely return.

It was a ok breakfast, not the best not the worst. It’s inside of a small Casino, 1/2 miles from Sahara and Paradise monorail station, the neighborhood may scare you a bit but the food is ready very quickly and not too expensive. So if you ever go here don’t expect the best but also don’t be scared.

DDD Yummy. Super value-for-dollar. Staff is A+++ and friendly but the Eureka Casino needs a face-lift. OR THREE... Yikes. DINERS DRIVE-INs and DIVES loves them and so do we. If they relocated to a better spot they would hit it out of the park !!!

Came here per the suggestion of a coworker and Triple D. It’s located inside the Eureka casino in the back right and there’s free parking available. It’s a nonsmoking restaurant. They accept credit cards and will bring the reader to your table. Our waiter Zach was funny and helpful. Note that if you go on a Sunday, it’s brunch all day and breakfast-only until 11am. If you check in on Yelp, you can get a free dessert (which we used to avail ourselves of a red velvet cheesecake at 10am #sorrynotsorry). I got the Big Pig Sandwich, which came with potatoes on the side. We all loved those potatoes. The sandwich was large and could easily be split between two people. At time of writing this, they had a $6 steak and eggs special. My sister got the pork belly bao Benedict and my dad got the chipotle breakfast burrito. He got a little cup of salsa for $1 extra. The food wasn’t as seasoned as I thought it would be but it was filling. They do have sriracha and tapatio for sauces. Overall, a good value for large portions at a Guy Fieri-approved spot.

We snuck in right before closing and ordered take out. Unfortunately they were out of the wonton soup but recommended the short rib grilled cheese sandwich featured on Guy Fieri’s DDD show. It was fabulous!!! My husband had the sesame noodles with chicken which were very tasty. The ambiance is fun & relaxed, the staff outstanding, and we will definitely be back.

Flavor: A Service: A Tea: A Solo dining: A You'd never guess that you'd find this unique diner tucked in the corner of this casino. We started with the bao and it was delightful. I could just get a bunch of those as a meal. But I had the burger which was also great. An overall uniquely flavored combination even though the patty itself is nothing special. The macaroni salad was also a surprising treat but it's so rich I could only eat a few bites. Tammi Jo was the diner waitress that you'd hope for - energetic, endearing, and full of recommendations.

Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas are hereby put on notice, if you're wonton soup does not look like what's pictured. CLOSE your establishment, you are cheating the customers with just wontons and broth! This soup is out of this world and worth having every time you dine at Fat Choy. It will even suffice for a meal and not just an add on appetizer. On (12 Dec 22) I also had the fish tacos with chips and salsa. The tacos were perfect! the salsa was adequate; it was too salty.... not sure of it is made in house or not. Will surely visit again since it's a short walk from where I live.

I'm not a fan of pork (anything), but let me just say the those pork belly buns are AMAZING!! Our fantastic waitress (Tammi) recommended items & we went with those items! The brisket grilled cheese was fantastic as well! Although small, The restaurant was immaculately clean, quaint with simple Asian inspired decorations. The service was A1, TOP NOTCH- in Vegas you just CAN'T settle for anything less. The teriyaki salmon was good- but , warning it's sweet. I liked it, but would LOVE it with a little less sugar. The pork belly buns, fries, & brisket grilled cheese were PERFECT! We also ordered cheesecake. It was a little softer than the new York style cheesecake but just as tasty. The blueberry was TO DIE FOR!! I ordered a slice of the chocolate too but didn't care for the chocolate topping so I ate the cheesecake part. The prices were reasonable (Tuesday). Our bill was around $80 before tip (2 entrees, 3 pork belly orders, 1 fish taco, 2 desserts & fountain drinks). I really can't wait to go back!!! ❤

Never expected this to be a restaurant inside of a casino! I took Guy Fierri's lead (thanks to the kind server who steered me in this direction). I ordered the pork belly bao. It was incredibly delicious! I also ordered clam chowder. It was very good as well. Will definitely go back if and when I'm in Vegas!
