Short rib hash from the brunch menu. I got mine with an egg over easy instead of sunny side up. It looks small but definitely a lot of food. I had a pineapple and a passion fruit mimosas and both went well. I didn't give this place 5 stars because even though the food was plenty and came out pretty fast and hot, there were too many elements to the dish that didn't fit together in my opinion.

We Yelped this place before coming and boy, it was worth every penny! Get a little bit of this and a little bit of that! We we pretty impressed with charcuterie assortment to start! Not to mention, they are vegan/vegetarian friendly which is good for our group! Tom, our waiter, was fantastic and very patient with us to the very end (split our check four ways!)! Look at the menu before you go, but I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Just check my photos...and then try it for yourself!

Gina our waitress and Sarah our hostess were amazing. Their level of customer service goes beyond from what you would expect from a busy restaurant inside a casino. They made myself and my group feel welcomed. These are the type of employees that any interprise would want representing them in the front line because of their loyalty and care for their clients.

Nice gastro pub in the Hard Rock Hotel. Vegetarian options available, and more than the usual rabbit food. Vegan green curry was delicious! The Soft Pretzels with Provolone Fondue was A HUGE portion! Definitely one to share with a table. Sweet Corn Ravioli, and an assortment of small bites, and we were all stuffed. Beer selection is heavy on the hoppy side, not much for the malty beer drinkers. But they have the standard Guinness on tap.

Say yes to the fried chicken, spicy Thai wings, cheese dip with house made chips and pretzels. The biscuits and gravy are delicious also. Great cocktails, great staff and cool vibe too. One of my favorite spots in Vegas.

Went here on a Monday night. Very slow night with quick service. Jake was my server, very attentive. Upon entry to the restaurant, I was quickly seated. Decor was very modern. Noticed a few games of cornhole there. Very laid back environment. Great cocktail drinks available. I opted for the classic Moscow mule accompanied with the fries chicken. Sides were coleslaw, mashed, potatoes, and a biscuit. Let’s start with the drink: very fresh ginger and mint. Mixed perfectly. The slaw was slapping, mashed potatoes were a little bland for my taste, the biscuit was amazing. Now the chicken: phenomenal. The menu alerts you that this takes a little bit longer to prepare, “be patient.” It was worth the wait for sure. This was perfectly crispy chicken drizzled in honey. Major brownie points for having several different hot sauces for people. I was offered tobasco, sriracha, and some other stuff I never heard of. Fire, fuego, flames fried chicken.... This was a heart plate, as there was a breast, thigh, and leg. Enough for me to take leftovers up to my room.

Very tasty homemade pretzels and cheese. The homemade chips and frechbonion dip were also good. We hung out at the outside bar, patio and turf area for a few hours and just relaxed, played games and enjoyed the environment and weather. Culinary Dropout at The Hard Rock Hotel is an easy place to do this sort of thing. They also played really good music and had really accommodating staff.

Delicious ribs, delicious fried chicken and great cocktails. One of my new favorites. Definitely worth the trip slightly off the strip in the Hard Rock.

The patio is the perfect setup to grab a few cocktails and watch people stumble out of Rehab. People watching in Vegas at it's finest. Perfect for groups - big, open space, well lit, huge bar and outside games. It's built for socializing. There's a bit of noise from the pool but this isn't the place to go for a quiet meal. Food, drink and service were all excellent! Our waitress, Lorna, has a great attitude and enjoys coming to work. It showed with her service. We ordered all the right things thanks to her. Crispy, close to U.K. style fish and chips, AMAZING kale, caesar salad (and I don't even like kale), tasty, fresh beets and our double El Matador drinks hit the spot. The drink menu has something for everyone. I loved the whole concept of this restaurant. I felt welcome and I can't wait to come back.

Really fun place. Wasn’t expecting the food to be nearly as good as it was, not a bone in fried chicken guy hut this was amazing. Friendly wait staff and very good time to be had.

Great spot at the Hard Rock, relatively good prices, good food, great cocktails, and really good service. I know Pink Taco gets most of the fan faire but this is my go to at the HR.

We had are wedding celebration at Culinary Dropout. We had a small party of 18 and it was one of the the only restaurants we could find that would let us order off the full menu. Everyone loved the food. The dip with the potato chips was great as well as the nachos, freaking YUM. I had the burger and my partner had the fried chicken. While the burger was good, the fried chicken was amazing. Something about the salty honey coating but the chicken was fantastic. Our waiter was a bit lacking in energy, not sure if it was due to having a large party or knowing that the gratuity was included, or maybe that was just his style. He took care of the table and guests and was professional but just no smile. My only other comment was for their hostess Sarah whom I did not get to meet. I talked with Sarah over the phone setting up the reservation and discussing what we wanted to do. Sarah was amazing, her happiness and energy translated over the phone and was a major selling point to this restaurant. The outdoor area is fantastic as it allowed our group to play yard games while we waited for our food. We were there around 5PM on a Monday and the restaurant was not very busy nor was the casino, so it was great for our group.
