China Poblano By Jose Andres - Las Vegas - Photo album

China Poblano, a culinary gem that masterfully fuses Chinese and Mexican flavors, left an indelible mark on my taste buds. The restaurant's commitment to innovation shines through in every dish, creating a dining experience that transcends traditional boundaries. The menu is a vibrant tapestry of f
The restaurant isn't really fusion in terms of the dishes, but they offer both cuisines side-by-side to great effect. The mix of Asian and Mexican dishes is strangely seamless and works really nicely. Had the tasting menu and my only complaint is that there was too much food. Great flavours, great v
From start to finish, dinner was fun and delicious! We sat at one of the bar areas. All the employees were friendly and attentive - Kenny helped us and he was the absolute best! We decided on the Chef’s Experience for the variety. Starting with chips and salsa and ending with a churro in Mexican hot
It was a bit tricky to find the restaurant. The restaurant name at the entrance was a bit difficult to find. The service was pretty good with different ppl serving us different dishes, and the chief waiter was able to tell us most of the dishes included in “The Chef Experience” menu, with which w
Did the meal tasting, and the food just kept coming! My favorite was the shrimp - it had an amazing glaze, rich with flavour. I have had Jose Bazaar at other of his restaurants, and he never disappoints. He has unique pairings and flavors for his creations. Would definitely recommend! The pace of th
From entering to leaving we were happy . The service was great The food is amazing and the vibe is chill. Fresh ingredients! Drinks were good. We ordered the watermelon salad which was bomb! The tuna ceviche with chips Chicken tacos Noodles. We are happy with each item as they all had an amazing tw
We stumbled upon this place while staying close by. Always nice to try a José Andres restaurant. We got the chefs tasting menu and most of the food was very good. The service started out fantastic but things hit a snag about midway through the meal. We had to wait quite a bit for the last 4 items
It was an enjoyable experience. We enjoyed the various different types of vegetarian tacos as well as the carnitas taco. The menu has different options as in unique flavors and ingredients. We were able to try what cactus tasted like. It was good. The service was great and the inside was pretty coo
We tried this place in Vegas, on the 2nd floor of the cosmopolitan where there are lots of food choices. On a positive note the service is fast and friendly and it was easy to make a reservation. All the dishes are small so u need to buy several, we purchased 4 for 2 people. The poblano en nogal we
It is a nice place to have dinner in Vegas. I recommend the guacamole, it is freshly made in front of you. The noodles should be served with some extra soy or oyster sauce for those who want to eat more spicy or salty.
We had a great time here. The salt air margarita is amazing. We tried a wide variety of food and everything was yummy. By far the best thing we ate was the carnitas. We also had delicious pork buns, dumplings, oat noodles, and fish tacos. We sat at the taco bar which was fun to experience.
This place was so good we ate here twice!! First time was in person and the atmosphere and service was really wonderful. The second time was for take out and the gal that helped me on the phone was very kind, patient and honest about the sizes of the tacos (street taco size is their description) and
Chinese and Mexican fusion? Hell yes. While you can order traditional Chinese or Mexican dishes, the fun is in the fusion dishes. Tacos with Chinese mushrooms? YES. My only wish is they had even more fusion options on their menu, but needless to say we had a great dinner.
I decided to take my sister to Vegas for her first time. We stayed at the Cosmopolitan (my favorite place to stay). I hadn't tried China Poblano and am glad I did! They are more of a 2 type of restaurant, not a fusion thing. We went for La Hora Feliz (happy hour, 4pm to 630pm at the bar only) What w
Went in hungry after a show. No reservations. It was such a pleasant surprise. It’s Chinese food and Mexican food side by side and it works. The space was nice and interesting.
This is a must try. Amazing food, atmosphere, the food portions are not big but we get a variety of items and share. Everything on the menu is yummy. Love this place..
We always make time to come to China Poblano whenever we're in the area and we haven't been disappointed yet! Easily one of my favorite fusion restaurants, the menu is thoughtfully curated and the drink pairings are spectacular. We were at the restaurant during their Agave Tiki Takeover event, and
Portion sizes are small, but they’re delicious. Perfect because you can try different dishes! Not a fusion restaurant, but more like two restaurants in one.
This was our post dinner dinner, lol. We weren't very hungry when we got there, but I'm sure glad we made a little room. This is my favorite place we ate at in Las Vegas. Please, please get reservations or you may be disappointed. First up: the best margarita I think I've ever had. It has a salt fo
