STK is one of the best steak restaurants I’ve been to! Been twice to the one at the W Hotel Beverly Hills, and once in Vegas. I love the ambiance the clientèle, the good loud music, such a cool place! I love the bread they serve at the beginning. The salmon tartare is heavenly. The steaks are pro 👌🏻👌🏻 with a variety of sides to choose from, our favorite are the mashed potatoes, the creamy spinach, and wild mushrooms. Ohh can’t wait to be back! ❤️
STK is hopping! The music is loud and it’s a party you can eat at. I wouldn’t pick it over other steakhouses for quality but with a group it’s one of the more fun places to eat.
Great steak and great dessert. Was here for a corporate dinner and loved the feel and ambience of this place. A very fine dining experience.
STK Las Vegas is a contemporary steakhouse from The One Group and Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft, a Bravo TV “Top Chef” contestant. It was in Open Table’s 100 Best Steakhouses in America 2016. The setting is dark and ultra modern with
This is one of my absolute fav places to eat dinner in Vegas, we started off with a sea food platter that includes baby oysters ( amazing ) with fresh prawns and crabs
They also served us sliders that were to die for and for the main dinner, we had meat platter with various cuts of meats, salads and mashed corn.
Must try
Banana Bread Sundae – Warm Peanut Butter, Banana Bread, Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream, Whipped Cream. STK Sweet Potato Donuts – Maple Glaze, Candied Pecans. Apple Tart – Salted Caramel Ice Cream. Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie – Chocolate Sauce, Caramel Sauce, Vanilla Ice Cream
Love this spot in Vegas! Service - We sat at the wood at the secondary bar in the middle of the restaurant. Our server/bartender Kevin was Awesome! Was attentive, gave great food + cocktail suggestions. Got us full + perfectly tipsy! Food - The truffle fries a must have! And they have the meat! Filet was cooked perfectly and paired nicely with the horseradish sauce. Drinks - I am a little embarrassed to list all of the ones we tried so lets pick one ... the espresso martini (times 2) after dinner was the perfect ending to the experience and the perfect start of what was still to come!Music - LOVE the music here. Its loud enough (and perfect song selection) to create energy; yet, I could speak with my date without having to yell. keep it up STK! it was GRT!
Party of 20 in a private dinning room. Service was excellent. Dinner was amazing. Lobster Thermidor, bone in filet, truffle Mac & cheese had large pieces of black truffle in it! Some of the best I've had. Cucumber martini & hibiscus champagne were on point. Not a fan of the little ice cream comes for dessert though... Lacked in flavor. I will dine here again!
Steak all around. Our second night in town. After dining at Cut the night before this was a bit of a let down. Still a good night with fine service and good food.
Know what you are getting yourself into: a club atmosphere with bumping music with top-of-the-line steak. If you want quiet Capital Grille/Ruth's Chris ambience the this isn't the place. If you want that same quality meat and culinary mastery in a energy-infused environment then go.
Really Great Experience. If you can imagine a Dance Club where you are eating instead of dancing...well this is it! Being a music and food fan...this is the greatest steak place I've been to. No reason to be anywhere other than the Cosmo in Vegas. If you left the music behind at STK, the food is still outstanding...worth every penny to me!
Was looking for a reasonably priced steak place amongst the many higher priced venues around The Cosmopolitan. STK was a great find! Colleagues greatly enjoyed their perfectly cooked 7 oz filet mignons while I savored my 10 oz loin. Was impressed with their corn pudding and their willingness to make sautéed spinach as a substitute for creamed spinach. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Wine list was very strong. Go here!
AMAZING!. Great steak, great service, was a little loud- but we expected that. We did have to wait for our table but they compensated by giving us some free appetizers. Loved everything!!!! will go back again 100%
The food is very good, the music very loud, the crowd very beautiful, the scene very sexy, and the prices very steep. Anyone expecting anything else is foolish. There are plenty of traditional, high end, clubby steakhouses on the Strip, so choose accordingly,
In an attempt to be as helpful as possible for those looking for reviews both on food, ambiance, and service, I will first say that my shortribs were very tender and flavorful albeit luke warm in temperature. The other 6 in my group seemed to enjoy their various steaks. It's a swanky place that draws in urban hipsters of all ages and walks. The service is marginal and slow so don't go on a schedule. Would still recommend trying for the experience but may not ever go back.
Busy, Loud... but good.. Dined here twice while I was in Vegas. Both times it was around dinner time (5-7 p.m.) and it was extremely busy and loud. However, it is Vegas. It's not somewhere where to go if you're looking for a quiet night out.
The service was a little slow but they were very nice and accommodating. The food was especially good. One thing that stuck out was their cream style corn... It's delicious and very rich!
Overall, this place was good in my books.
I would recommend and I'll probably go there next time I'm in Vegas.
Great. I was there last week for a convention and had dinner a t STK... WOW I was empressed they had a great DJ that played the best music .. I had a Capreses Salad that was to DIE FOR!!!! and a steak was amazing I would defently go back... Love it!!!
LOUD. The food here was great, but the music was BLARING. For a place where you can easily drop $200 on two people, I expected a quieter environment. I'm talking about having to shout across the table to hear one another! This is not a quiet romantic place at all. Food is great though!
Nothing special. Decent steaks, some interesting sides, not memorable atmosphere. Mushroom pie a nice side, asparagus not so much. OK, but forgettable. Music a bit too loud for a restaurant like this. There are better steakhouses on the strip.
This is not your grandfather's steak house. Hip, happening and the food is better than most of the strip heavies.
Duck confit salad was a dud with a coleslaw quality to it, seared Foi gras was excellent, the truffle fries were perfect in spite of the truffling; Why is everybody splashing around truffle oil like it's holy water - can't wait for this craze to pass. The creamed spinach was ok and the bone in rib eye was perfectly executed, oh and it tasted great too.
Service was a pleasure. They probably spent $10 million on the interior but have only two toilets, which makes for a good social opportunity as people wait in line shifting from one foot to the other.
This is the place to go to if you’re looking for a steakhouse that isn’t stuffy, conservative, or quiet. Other places around town try to pull off the same “cool kid” vibe but, unlike those spots, STK has some great food.
Well over an HOUR after our reservation, we were finally seated. And that alone required complaining a couple times. They made it up to us quite generously with comped drinks, appetizers, and dessert. We ordered and split the tomahawk steak amongst the four of us. Market price? $495. But wow. It was so worth it. And I don’t even eat meat that often anymore. If this is the last steak I ever eat, I can truly say I chose the best way to say goodbye to red meat. It was perfectly cooked. Nice sear, super tender. The sides we had with it — the Mexican corn, spinach, and green beans — were just right. I can’t remember all the other dishes they plied us with but it was all delicious. You have to really shout to be heard at STK but it’s a vibe. Be prepared to wait even if you have a reservation and there are no guarantees they’ll make it up to you as lavishly as they did for my party. I feel lucky they did.
This place is fun! Very club vibe, the music is loud and upbeat. We had about 5 very dedicated men taking care of us and they were responsive, quick, and all around great service. We tried a lot of options on the menu, and everything was great! The Chilean Sea Bass was incredible!
STK is a whole VIBE! I went for happy hour while in town and while we do have one in Chicago, this one did not disappoint.
The happy hours selections are really impressive. They are small bites, but definitely things that are not your average happy hour choices. You won't get any chicken wings or boring fries on this menu and the drinks are also really great. Our server was a tentative and wonderful. This place is very sexy, and it looks like it would be a lot of fun during later hours. Great music as well.
Hip, chic, and very popular steakhouse, located in the Cosmopolitan hotel. Friendly and super efficient service, and all the food was very tasty. Bone marrow was amazing, so definitely a must try. A very lively atmosphere, so be prepared to speak up even when ordering food.
Fun, loud, vibin, adult dining atmosphere in the Cosmo. The garlic bread knot app is delicious, and loved the mashed potatoes👌🏻 Creamed corn was very good but more on sweet side of things. As for entree, the filet I ordered butterfly style with truffle butter melted in my mouth - so good! Most memorable moment was the birthday dessert my friends surprised me with🤗. All in all such a fun, delicious experience. The music playing on a weeknight certainly set the vibe, great place for friends to get together and eat good food👍🏻👍🏻
Upon arrival, we were greeted with courtesy and welcomed, sat down, our server was Sam. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very very accommodating! Each course was played to perfection and was not only visually appealing, it was like magic to our tastebuds! Very well done STK, most enjoyable night in Vegas in a long time ! We will DEFINITELY be back for a visit and hope to be able to get a reservation to come in again.
My wife and I stopped in for brunch during our stay at The Cosmopolitan and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. She got the French toast, (not pictured, it didn't last long) and I had the eggs benedict w/ lobster & caviar. Compliments to the chef, it was delicious. The wait staff and hostess were fantastic as well.
Everything was amazing from service to ambiance to food. Lindsay and the rest of the staff were so attentive and we never waited for anything. Right away they asked about any dietary restrictions for the table. We sampled so many different dishes and I can’t choose a favorite. If you’re there for brunch, don’t skip the pork belly and eggs Benedict and French toast, the bacon was to die for. Salads were delicious and perfectly chilled. Loved the atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back!
Vanessa was our waitress who took the best care of us. She shared with us the special and gave us an experience like it was our first time again, which was nice as some of us have been here previously. This time was just as wonderful from the bathroom waiter to our food!
We ordered family style sides and each our own entree.
We walked in with out a reservation and got a table top right away! We had the best view of the live dj who was playing the jams! Everyone was dancing and enjoying themselves. Definitely a great time, great food, and excellent services!
Our waitress Jennifer was absolutely amazing! This is the 2nd year we've cone to Vegas fir Thanksgiving dinner and we've had the pleasure of having Jennifer both years! She is a great employee! Very knowledgeable and knew when to come back and check on us at the correct times!
We went to STK for our wedding anniversary. This was our first time here and it was awesome! Our server was very friendly, helpful, and provided recommendations. We got a few drinks, caesar salad, mushroom and truffle tagliatelle, and a medium rare filet. We had a great experience and would definitely go back!
This place was packed on a Saturday. Long wait times even with a reservation. Once seated our waiter took excellent care of us. The food was amazing and there was something for everyone. It was very loud so hard to visit with your table and communicate to the server. Overall the food would bring anyone back.
Vegas locals finally getting to check out happy hour. Highly recommend. Great little bites on happy hour , delicious drinks and great service. Thank you Edward for your tentativeness to us even though we came solely for a quick birthday happy hour before catching a cirque show !
This place was excellent from entry ! Waited for our table, but after dining, I can see why ! Once you're in and seated, the journey ✨️ begins! Our waitor was extremely informative on all our the items on the menu. The food was awesome looking, and the flavors for our selections was mind blowing !
