The food was great. The service could have been a little better. We did get seated very quickly but it took a long time for the waiter to get to us. Once he did he was pretty consistent after.
Staff appear lethargic. Slow walking. Slow talking. Non enthusiastic. One guy server was engaging but no one else. They were not rude just blah. Fish and chips $19. Over priced.
Love this location! Always spot on from seating to service! Calamari was cooked just right, the lobster steak and crab legs were all so full of flavor and gorgeously presented! Enjoy the photos
The food was Great, including the presentation . I had the shrimp tacos and a drink and my mom had the fish and chips.
I felt rushed by the server, and wasnt asked if there was anything else I'd like, like dessert..perhaps because it was getting busy (lunch time)..
The restaurant including the bathroom π€¨ could really use some sprucing up. The menus even though I'm sure they're new, were full of finger prints.. π
All in all I would say it's a good value, my lunch was 25 not including tip
Had a great experience and the food was great as well. Our server was very attentive and our appetizers and entrees where on point. My desert was very very good. Giving them 5 stars which l believe they deserve for this experience. It's now up to you all to keep up the good job. Will definitely be back.
The biscuits were really good..better than the last time I was there. Endless shrimp is the way to go!
Great seafood. The crab I ordered could've been fresher, but overall enjoyed it.
UPDATE: On our most recent visit, everything was perfect. We heard the ownership had recently changed hands. From what I've researched, a seafood conglomerate has purchased it. The food and service were unsurpassed on this visit. Every steak was perfect and great cuts. Every lobster tail was big, and perfectly cooked. Our server, Linda, was courteous, attentive and very helpful. Their Wednesday night steak and lobster special is amazing! So is the Tuesday night crab special. Every weekday has a special! Every time we come here, it seems to get a little bit better. Now under new management, we hope that trend continues.

The place was ,or at least looks empty, the service was good the food ,my son and i finished all the food and we ordered the dish that it has a half lobster with salmon it was so good, my only complaint was the hostess ,wen we arrived we had ro wait no one was at the desk, then wen she arrived ,dint even greet us of any way ,she grab the menus and started to walk towards the seating area , so then I told my son ,I guea we most follow her,besides that out waitress was great,this location is on 95 and decatur, very closed to house this was on October 13th on a Thursday. We've visit agai tonight and angel was our waiter , everything was good ,but the linguine, wasn't very good not to much flavor, none on the water taste side, but we love the rest of our meal thanks.
I've been going to this Red Lobster for more years than I can remember! It's a reliable seafood restaurant in central west Las Vegas. Lots of open parking and easy freeway access. I stopped by for lunch and was seated quickly in a nice comfy booth. Kim, I believe, was my server and she was so nice and always made sure my drink was filled and I had everything I needed. This was a wonderful dining experience. Food came out quickly and tasted fresh. As a surprise, there was a dessert reward on my Red Lobster loyalty account, so I got to take home a yummy vanilla bean cheesecake! Thank you!

Great experience!!! Would do it again very soon. All you can eat shrimp yummy!!! Have the Dragon Shrimp, Butterfly Coconut Shrimp, Shrimp Scampi is delicious!!!! I didn't care for the Tequila Grolled Shrimp Skewer.
Angel was an awesome sever!
He was knowledgeable about the menu and recommendations.
He was also very humorous and kind.
When we told him it was our anniversary he surprised us with a free ice cream dessert.
The food was also excellent.
All in all a very wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone! π

Juju our server was the bomb dot com! Food was amazing for our birthday dinner. The new holiday stuffing is amazing. My New York strip was perfectly seasoned and cooked! Maine lobster was sweet and succulent!
The food was delicious everything came out perfect and our server was truly the best to bad can't remember her name but she treated us so nice. Can't wait to visit again. Definitely recommend ππΌ
