Our server was very zen and incredible! Atmosphere is amazing, we sat outside and there is so much foliage and birds around. I ordered the avocado toast benedict meal with hot ube latte. Amazing all around 😍

This was bay far the best spot in Vegas for breakfast, you have a fun beach vibe, and the food quality was unmatched. The ube coffee was tasty and refreshing as well as the burrito and chilaquiles.

Nice to have a fancy grill poolside. The shrimp tacos were excellent. The pizza empanadas were also very good.

They have a couple of gluten free options! Tried the chia pudding and the shrimp tacos. Both were delicious but if you’re only getting one thing definitely try the tacos. The service and ambiance were nice but when I come back it’ll be for the shrimp tacos.

Nice location, good food, and service. Came out on a Sunday, it was busy, and a little chilly but we sat outside with a view of the pool. We ordered the fish tacos, shrimp toast, breakfast burritos, and avocado eggs Benedict with hot lattes. Large portions and shareable menu.

I walked over a mile from Rio because the reviews on Happy Cow are the best in the area. I had the California Chilaquiles and was very happy with it. Service was friendly and attentive. On the 4th floor of The Cosmopolitan.

Location is great. You got this summer island vibe. Staff was amazing. Service was great. Drinks was delicious. I personally wasn't satisfying of the food. We got pork belly buns they was great. We try avocado tost with eggs benny was ok. The potatoes was yummy. Our side of bacon was so burned that didn't even tasted like bacon. Also the famous matcha waffle tasted bad. Prices are i guess normal for Vegas

Love this spot for breakfast! It overlooks the Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan Hotel. This gluten free waffle with pistachios and strawberries was the best waffle I’ve had in my life. Love the coffee, eggs, bacon & gluten free toast. Relaxing vibe and people. Always a great experience.

If the weather's nice, it's pleasant to sit outside. Food was really good, as was the service.

Come early or make a reservation. Showed up and waited for 30 minutes with no reservation on a Saturday but worth it. Friendly staff - highly recommend Shannon, she was awesome. Also recommend upgrading the mimosa flight. Super yummy options. And they don’t rush you out like other places.

Shannon our server was incredible. I truly mean incredible. She was patient and talkative and just made us feel so comfortable. I truly think she should be the standard. The food was scrumpious and the table side guacamole was beyond belief. We visited many restaurants on our visit to Vegas and this being our Monday breakfast spot actually fared better than Jaleo’s as far as service was concerned. Keep this young lady happy. She will make you lots of money. I will definitely start recommending this place to my friends who visit Vegas. They won’t be disappointed.

Cosmo creates all of the wonderful winter vibes converting to Overlook Chill for the winter. Be sure to go there at night. It's fantastic! It's cozy. You can enjoy seasonal beverages and comfort food with the Cosmo flair. The chicken pot pie hit the spot. The spiced pear cocktail puts you into the holiday mood along with the seasonal decor (seating, lighting). If you've visited for a summer day, be prepared to be transported to a super chill winter holiday vibe at night and then go take a stroll over to the famous Ice Rink! Chill is a great addition.

We ate breakfast at Overlook Grill during our stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The server was nice but service was slow. The hostess didn't smile. The food had generous portions. The Cinnamon Roll French Toast was good but it was hard to finish because of the sweetness level even with a side of bacon to even it out. The Eggs Your Way was as expected with a good amount of bacon and the breakfast potatoes were tasty. We like the outdoor feel of the restaurant but it felt a little cramped.

Overlook Grille is just off the Cosmopolitan pool area and you can eat here even if you’re not a hotel guest. They offer bottomless mimosas or Bloody Mary’s that makes them a great breakfast choice. The French toast is more like a cinnamon roll and has a delicious cream cheese frosting like Cinnabon. The breakfast burrito was underwhelming in flavor even with salsa and would recommend skipping. The avocado Benedict had a great flavor combination and would highly recommend.
