This restaurant embodies a great Las Vegas Steakhouse experience. I believe after having dinner at Anthony's I have now eaten at every restaurant inside The M. Not a single one has disappointed in the slightest way. Every one seems to do a very good job at their cuisine of choice. Our entire party enjoyed their steaks. Salads, appetizers, and sides were executed to perfection as well. I have had more expensive meals of comparable cuisine in Las Vegas that were not nearly as good. With a couple of drinks we spent about $75 per person and it was worth every penny. I will be back without question.

Wow! The service is incredible! Our waiter helped us navigate the menu to choose the perfect dinner and wine! The food was great! The selection of veggie sides filled this veggie-lover's appetite. My husband was also Impressed with the steak. Did I mention the view from the patio is beautiful?

Decent. They have a good selection of cuts of meat at this steakhouse. The special I had was grass fed bison ribeye, and it was delicious. I would definitely go back next time I'm in town.

I had made a reservation at a restaurant for my birthday a week prior and when my family and I got there we saw a sign saying it was closed for renovation! I was of course mad for not being notified. We spoke to a manager and he asked if we wanted to eat at Anthony's Prime Steak and Seafood instead. I was only afraid that the portion size of the meals would not be enough, but since we drove all the way to The M , I decided we might as well give this place a chance: Freshly baked bread - they make their own bread! My 16 oz New York Sirloin, dry aged - this was my first big steak I've had in awhile and it is from the Anthony's Signature Prime Beef Selection. Our waiter told us steaks chosen from this section are from cows that were raised at the Marnell ranch in Montana. This steak was nicely seasoned and the vegetables that came with it complimented the dish well. Classic Seafood Bouillibasse - My fiancé got this hearty soup. It came with lobster, shrimp, and saffron broth . My dad's

Absolutely amazing overall experience!!! Food was beyond amazing and flavorful. All staff was very attentive and polite. The environment is very calm and elegant. We had the prime rib and the strip steak as well as the Mac and cheese and green beans. honestly this is one of the best meals I have EVER eaten. We tried 2 cocktails that were a little out of our element however both were very good. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great anniversary dinner!

Wow, what a great buffet. The Prime Rub was the Best I ever had. Everyone at the table agreed with that estimation. The Lobster was both of excellent quality and cooked to perfection. The sushi was fresh and had a large variety. The crab Legs and claws were phenomenal. Due to food allergies I could not eat the lamb nor the Beef Wellington. However my table mates raved about them. I learned, by asking, if the food allergy information was not marked on the display placard, that food more than likely contains that allergen. Fortunately, all the attendants were well versed with food ingredient information. There were lots of side dishes, that I tasted and were great, but by far the signature dishes made the buffet well worth the price of admission. Oh, due to all my food allergies, I could not eat any of the desserts. However the fresh fruit was so fresh and delicious I did not feel cheated in the least. My table mates loved all the desserts.

Great brunch with all you can eat lobster, crab, shrimp and other terrific food. Shellfish, beef Wellington, prime rib, are just a few of the special things you can get at this buffet. Don’t waste your time on breakfast foods, omelets or pasta. For $99, it’s an amazing deal. Also, fresh squeezed juice (at least it tasted that good) include. Service was remarkable. Often at buffets, your old dishes pile up on the table. Not here. The table was cleaned continuously, napkins refolded, drinks refilled, etc. We’ll worth making a reservation but they’re booked out 1/2 a year!

I really enjoyed my scallops and creamed corn! As you can see, our group got a pretty big spread and we enjoyed almost everything. Not pictured are the desserts we tried - sugar donuts, cheesecake and chocolate soufflé. Service was attentive (thank you Derrick and Gustavo!), but the kitchen was a bit slow (unfortunately, appetizers alone took over 20 minutes after ordering, but once they got all their tables situated, it seemed like things were going smoothly again). We left full and happy with our experience overall. Thanks for having us and we hope to someday try the brunch!

Food was flavorful & yummy. We had lobster 🦞 tails, colossal shrimp (cocktail sauce was nice & spicy), prime rib, beef wellington, stone crab. After this, we varied to salad, omlettes & other goodies. They even have sushi & a bagel bar with lox & cream cheese. We liked the flavor of it all!! Desserts were cute & tasty, just enough for small tastes. Made reservations 2 months out, arrived on time & seated immediately. The employees were all friendly & welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience 🦀🦐🦞💜😍😋

I stopped in for a prime rib while staying at the M Resort while passing through on a road trip. The food was excellent. While looking at the dessert menu I couldn't pass up the cheesecake which was possibly the best I've had. The service was excellent. If you're looking for a good upscale dining experience and are in the area, check this place out.

Went Anthony's Prime Steak and it was a terrific experience. Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood is a Wine Spectator Award-winning restaurant that offers a unique dining experience featuring an exhibition-style kitchen with outstanding views and impeccable service, plus outdoor patio seating with views of the M Pool and Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant serves fresh fish flown in daily, dry-aged or wet-aged prime cut filet, ribeye and New York strip steaks, 450 different wine selections, and an amazing array of innovative side dishes and appetizers. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu, provided excellent recommendations and accommodations to any of our special requests. The decor and ambiance was chic and open. The elegant interior design, tasteful lighting, and comfortable seating all contributed to a relaxed and intimate dining experience. I absolutely loved the ceiling art. While known for their steaks, I ventured to try one of their fish dish, Halibut made with butternut risotto, prosciutto, brussels sprouts, and an orange-tarragon glaze. I was pleasantly surprised. The fish was impeccably fresh, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. The savory notes were balanced perfectly, leaving me savoring each and every bite. My family ordered steaks and loved every single one of them. For sides we ordered Buttery Mashed Yukon Potatoes which were rich and decadent and Macaroni & Cheese with a blend of imported and domestic cheeses. All absolutely delicious. Cocktails were great too! I definitely recommend Anthony’s, It is a culinary gem that should not be missed.

The evening was very relaxed. Our server was attentive but respectful. He waited for our conversations to be done before coming to the table. He was great! The food came out and were hot in temperature, like it should be. I got the sea bass and would recommend it to even non seafood eaters. It was incredible, flaky and delicious.

Service was ok. The server didn't seem friendly. No smiles. The ambiance is nice and chill, and if you sit along the window, you can the entrance to the pool.. Food: Filet Mignon Maine Lobster - Special The complimentary bread basket was good. I love the white bread. The steak was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The lobster was also cooked good. I love the sauce. Overall, I'd return again but will order something else instead of the lobster.
