Taking a break from Big Vegas and discovering what the locals do was a must for me and my hubby. We landed at Polaris Street Cafe for breakfast and was blown away with the service and menu options. Never judge a book by the cover, this quint and homey style restaurant needs to be on our vacation list while visit Vegas!

Excellent place for breakfast. It was highly recommended by a staffer at Wyndham Desert Blue. Don't let the building's outside appearance fool you. The food is delicious. I had the Scram Breakfast. The hash browns are made of fresh potatoes...not frozen...and they have a nice buttery taste. The bacon has a mild hickory taste. The scrambled eggs were also tasty. The service is quick and the staff and owner are friendly and personable. I ate breakfast here 3 days in a row...loved it.
We came here on a recommendation from someone in our party that had eaten here when she came to Vegas earlier this year. I'm a sucker for a cool foodie spot & I knew it was gonna be delicious when we rolled up to a converted gas station on a back road. We didn't know this place had been on Restaurant Impossible, but it had and that made it that much cooler. Very very happy we decided to come here before getting our day started. Food was great, our waitress was phenomenal, and they were turning food out just as fast as people could order.
My party of 4 was looking for a delicious breakfast off the strip and after reading reviews for other places, Polaris stood out. We were blown away by how delicious and fast food was! This will be a regular breakfast stop for me next time I’m in Las Vegas.
I will say the location isn’t much of a looker from the outside, however, the service is great & food was really good. Prices were reasonable. My boyfriend had the Farmers Connection & didn’t have to put any additional salt or sauces on anything. I had the Mexican burrito with country potatoes & it definitely did what it was supposed to do. Would return if we visit Vegas again.
Chanced upon this gem while I googled for good breakfast in LV. The breakfast was the best during our one week stay in Utah. We were happy that we came and totally satisfied with the food served and the excellent service provided by the staff. Will definitely recommend this cafe to friends visiting LV.
I've been to Vegas more times then I can remember and going out for breakfast always seems like a hassle. I try to stay away from the strip because of the hustle and bustle not to mention the prices some of these casinos charge for parking and other fees. First off this place looks alittle rough from the outside but dont let that fool you. This place to me is a diamond in the rough. Great portions friendly staff and not to far from the strip. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and will come back for other items and their great coffee too! My wife got the chili qulllas and I got the bacon avacado omelet and our grandma got the French toast. I also gotta say I love the music they play because it makes eating breakfast here that much more enjoyable. That's my review peeps!
I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years on every family trip. What brings me back are the skillets, BIG pancakes and great customer service!
The flavor on every dish is always on point. Make sure to ask for salsa if you want to add some extra spice to your dishes.
The food was great! We had the green chilaquilles plate( didn't take a pic, it was all gone) and the lumberjack with fluffy pancakes that were crispy on the outside and soft inside. Coffee was also 👌 not watered down like other places.
This is a great, local restaurant with delicious food and welcoming staff. The portion sizes were very generous and the prices very reasonable.

Everyone at my table was impressed. One of the BEST chilaqules i've ever had. Huevos rancheros were beautifully served and really flavorful with nice spiciness. They nailed the basic pancakes and bacon and eggs.
If you're looking for a legit diner in Vegas, this is the joint man. Easily one of the best breakfast places I've been to.
The Polaris Street Cafe's customer service is exceptional when we were there. They were very attentive.
Our orders came quickly and delicious. The only complaint i have was that it was a little warm inside the cafe. But their atmosphere and the great customer service canceled that out. I will be returning to Polaris Street Cafe again.
Ahhhh, yes. This place NEVER disappoints. The food is soooooo good! Large portions and great service and flavor. I can't finish my plate because there is so much food.
Love it, traditional breakfast diner close to the strip. Had been here a long time and with good reason. I visit every time I'm in town. I'd recommend something but everything I've ever tried on the menu has been amazing, well cooked and tasty. If you are looking for a delicious no frills breakfast plate, burrito or skillet you will not find better.
I was looking for a new breakfast spot to try out and boy let me tell you this is the place. Do not let the outside fool you just go in and have a seat and enjoy, the food was exceptional and the service was great we didn't have to ask for anything with our breakfast because the staff was all over it, they definitely earned 5 stars from me.
Don't be deceived by the exterior. The staff was friendly and the food was reasonably priced and so delicious. Highly recommend the rancheros.
Very unassuming exterior but well worth going inside. Be prepared: the portions are HUGE! The chorizo con huevo was fabulous as was the biscuit and gravy. The servers were attentive and courteous. I highly recommend grabbing breakfast here.

This food is bomb, from Prescott Arizona, a coworker recommended this place🧌 2 different skillets, forgot the names but it's well worth the stop if you've never been.
I love this place. It was recommended to me awhile ago and it's my go to breakfast place now. Don't let the building fool you. Inside the food is amazing and the service is even better. Prices are fair for the quality. Sam and Cynthia always make you feel welcome and have a smile on their faces.
