I went to this restaurant on a Thursday night at 6pm with friends. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated promptly. Our waitress was very nice and gave us great service. We had the Vegan Impossible Burger, the Prime Rib French Dip and a Caesars salad. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was laid back but not loud so we were able to have great conversations. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
We came with a large party for brunch without a reservation and able to be seated in the sofa area. We actually preferred this, as we were not in a time constraint by the restaurant. Our server was AMAZING, I didn't catch his name but he was attentive and always smiling.
The food was delicious and the bottomless mimosa's were fantastic. If ever in the area again, we will definitely stop back in.
I wish I could say more about the food in particular, but we only stopped here for a drink and an appetizer. I found the oysters to be absolutely delicious. The atmosphere in this establishment is amazing. The decor has been well thought out and there is everything from large group seating, two long bars with comfortable chairs, And even a rather chic sitting area with living room style furniture and small tables. I look forward to going back someday and trying some of their main entrees and other appetizers. I suggest you give it a try if you find yourself at the Red Rock Casino.
While I did have dinner here before, this is a review for the take out version and it was just as good. I signed up for the take home turkey dinner for Thanksgiving and have absolutely no regrets. The level of service, quality of the food and the portion sizes were much larger than expected. Especially the turkey. I’m pretty sure it could or feed 10-12 people, not the 6-8 advertised. My experience in the restaurant was exceptional and this holiday service was just as good. My brothers review was “this is the best turkey we’ve ever had”. This is a staple at Red Rock for a reason and you should not hesitate to pick here as a dine out option. Will definitely be back.
Food was good and came out super fast! We didn't have a reservation so we sat at the end of the pizza counter. As a non-drinker, it was nice to have a couple of 'mocktail' options! I had the Pink Me Up and it was delicious! Lemon icebox cake for dessert was really good too.
Solid restaurant with a light focus on seafood but not by much. Very good dish presentations with a casual upscale look. Friendly servers and staff with a major thanks to Emil for making the evening enjoyable with drink and food selections. The patio is a nice touch and I will definitely return if I am in the area. Look to spend about $65-$70 per person with drinks and tip.
Went to eat somewhere else but when we saw they had pizzas half off on Sunday decided to have Hearthstone Kitchen instead. Service from start to finish was very spotty. Nobody was at the hostess station, so we walked in to take a peek. The hostess had immediate attitude telling us we would have to go to the hostess station. Our waiter was polite but easily distracted with other customers and wait staff. The good news is the pizza and salad was tasty. I think we caught them just before they were about to get busy because it did get noticeably crowded throughout our dining experience. We definitely will return again to check out the menu in more depth.
This place is awesome! The food was fantastic and the decor was just as nice! The server was awesome and we had a large group and still got the food out hot and in a timely manner. I had the salmon dish which was amazing along with a side of Brussel sprouts and a charcuterie board which were both just as amazing. A definite must try!
This place was great! Went with friends who live in the area while I was in for work and I will be trying to get back out here again. The service was great and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable on everything! The atmosphere is nice inside, relaxed. The food was beyond delicious! We ordered the lollipop wings, charcuterie, brussel sprouts (best thing we had!), and a brisket pizza for apps. All of our entrees were delicious and both desserts ordered were fantastic!

Go here while you can! Such a find in the casino. Great ambiance and variety with seating. Fun place to hang out. Happy hour at its best.
We came for happy hour but ended up ordering a variety from the menu. I rarely leave reviews but this place was incredible, much better than I expected! Excellent seafood and in particular I had to mention the lemon icebox dessert - I think it's the best dessert I've ever had at a restaurant. Excellent service as well.
Hearthstone is a diamond in the rough. The staff is professional and friendly, the food is consistently amazing. The Wednesday $1 oysters happy hour is the best in town. T can’t say enough good things about this place.
We went for the baked Alaska and were not disappointed. Nice, classy atmosphere and good menu selection to choose from. We’ll be back but we’ll aim for happy hour. The food and drinks seemed on the pricier end for the quality (as expected in a casino).
This is my first time coming here. And it will not be my last. I Spent a girls night out enjoying delicious cocktails and a variety of great food during happy hour. 4-6pm. I have to give a shout out to Justin, our server, who took continuous attention to us. Always making sure our drinks were filled and our spirits were high. Great experience! I'm sure to be back! Met with some friends for a drink. We were treated amazing by staff since the moment we walked in. We ordered their delicious charcuterie board and Brussels sprouts as appetizers while we chatted it up…But what really got our attention was their espresso martinis! So good we had to stay and I ordered around six myself! (They are literally that good and a must) My friends were impressed!
With amazing seating options, trendy instagrammable aesthetic and service. Hearthstone really is the place to be while in Summerlin, It is located inside Red Rock Casino.
Come for the service, stay for the Drinks!
