We went to the district for breakfast. We were here during the week so it wasn't busy at all. We were able to walk up and order after one other couple in line. The girl working was nice and knew the menu well. We went with a cinnamon roll, two of the honey butter chicken biscuits and some orange juice to drink. Well to start the chicken sandwiches came out hot and quickly and were full size sandwiches! They were delicious, but our drinks took FOREVER. I was almost done by the time they managed to get the juice to us. They also forgot my cinnamon Roll so I had to go up to the counter for the 3rd tine to finally get my complete order. As far as atmosphere. There really isn't any. It's in a cafeteria style area where you just see pub style tables and bar style seating at a few if the restaurants. The food was great but the organization was lacking. I'll most likely try them again because man were those honey butter chicken biscuits the fn bomb!

This was an awesome breakfast spot! The other place we came up here for had a line that was wrapped about 30 people deep. The line here wasn't too bad and I absolutely loved the latte and sandwich. I got the world's best egg sandwich with ham and we got a couple of donuts too. Really nice spot. Fast. Would recommend.

I would go here every day in Vegas if I could! Everything is made fresh. The biscuits were incredible. The vanilla latte was smooth and great. Will definitely come back when I'm around the area again in the future! One of my new favorite breakfast places when vacationing!

Honey Chicken Biscuit is the best of the breakfast sandwiches they make. Only wish they had an option to make it spicy, Nashville style. The coffee is solid. This place is way better than Eggslut next to it.

Had a pitstop brunch here and was impressed. The turkey breakfast biscuit was very nice, and the coffee was the best (and best prepared) I had whilst in and around the strip.

I came to Vegas for over a week and had coffee here every day, even though it was a 30 minute walk from the Mirage. Everyone was great and the food was *consistently* fantastic! I am way too picky about coffee and my husband and I both loved their iced lattes. I also had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, which were superb every time. Lastly, we had the berries and cream donut for a treat and it was incredible! I'm looking forward to the next time we can go back.

Conveniently located on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan. They have good donuts and other breakfast items. The breakfast burrito was good and filling. They also serve lunch and dinner but we were there for breakfast.

I don’t know this place has a 4.3. The food was amazing! Hot, fresh, with huge portions! The staff was nice except for an angry cook in the back. A must have.

If you are looking for a quick breakfast option on the Las Vegas strip, look no further than the 2nd floor food court of the Cosmopolitan and District. Serving up a wide variety of doughnuts and other pastries along with fresh juices and coffees, this place was a hit with our family, especially for the cookie butter brudder doughnut and the housemade chocolate milk!

Went for breakfast. Great fresh orange juice. The biscuit breakfast sand which was solid for the price. The real star here is the creme brûlée cinnamon roll. SOOO tasty but youll want to split. Very rich

We had donuts and breakfast and coffee here twice in our stay at the cosmo. The spiked coffee is ok a bit to sweet for me but their americano is pretty on point. The breakfast burrito was vey good my husband and i split it it is pretty good size. We brought the 4 donuts home for the kids and they were good nothing out of this world but definitely better than other places on the strip. The line can be intimidating but it moves really fast. The specialty donuts change each day. So if you see one you want snag it that day!

It gets busy but it's worth the wait. I had the Croque Madame and my wife had Bruleed cinnamon roll. The Croque Madame was so good and the sunny side up egg was cooked perfectly. The cinnamon roll was also excellent and was very fresh. My wife also had the hot dripped coffee which she said was very good too. The service was good and the line moved fairly quick even though they were very busy.

I’m from Portland so my coffee standards are unfair for the rest of the country. That being said District had decent coffee! I would recommend this place over Starbucks any day. If you’re in the area and want a good cup of coffee to go with you delicious pastry I would definitely recommend this spot. We stopped by here 2 times and I even took the coffee on the plane.

Located at level 2 of Boulevard Tower of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. It's a laid-back cafe offering a rotating selection of creative donuts, breakfast items, sliders & coffee. The French Toast Biscuits was a nice sweet treat! Such a creative way to combine the two breakfast staple items into one. I loved it! Breakfast Burrito is what you would expect with a mild spicy kick. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was delicious with the perfect level of sweetness. Quick and friendly service.

Quality breakfast sandwiches (highly recommend adding meat like sausage patty or bacon). Hearty, large, tasty donuts. They move the line super quick. Great spot for a good, quick breakfast.
