I've never eaten at a fresh noodle place. The flavors here are out of this world. We are from out of town and had the Spicy Dumplings szechuan style. These are not too spicy at all and so good. The sauce, I can't even describe it but we all loved it. We all kept involuntarily saying, "Umm" and then laughing at each other about it. The three meals that we tried were Mongolian Beef Chow Mein.....another delicious "Ummm" meal. My friend finished my meal once I was stuffed. He had ordered the szechuan beef brisket noodle and after finishing it, ate the rest of mine. The other meal was the chicken with mushroom noodle. We could not decide which was our favorite and are wanting to try new restaurants on this trip. We already decided we would double up here and eat again before we leave town. You must eat here and I told them they should open one in Louisville, KY. They are not a franchise and this is currently the only one. The meals here are around nine dollars; however, that is not indicative of the service, staff or food. I would easily pay more for what I had to eat.
Absolutely wonderful. The flat wide noodles have such a beautiful texture. You can tell the difference when you have homemade noodles. You'll never settle for less once you try these. The Chong Qing...to die for. The dan dan noodles, ridiculous. The spicy wonton dumplings. ..ugh. I cant. It was all so delicious
The Magic Noodle is awesome!! Kids loved watching them make noodles and the food was fantastic!!!! Not salty and full of flavor!! Very refreshing to have a new great place!!!
The food was excellent. Really great service from the staff. I had the brisket soup with extra wide noodles. It was superb and the broth was perfect. You can't forget the chili oil. I recommend this place to anyone who loves noodles. All the side dishes was good also. Especially the fried rice and chive pancakes. Amazing.
Our favorite was the spicy won ton on the Appetizer menu. Even decided to add the leftover sauce in our soup. That and the soup was really good. We didn't care much for the stir fry. It's a fun atmosphere as you can see them making the dishes in the back. We went on a weekend. They were really busy with take out orders and took a while to check on us for the check that we had to finally get there attention. Surprisingly at the time we went, there were still seats open. But when we left the restaurant possibly after 7pm... is when there was a wait to be seated.
The area is small and it was kind of awkward being so close to the next table as you can clearly hear their full conversations.
Our family thought this noodle shop was better than Sheng. Noodles (we got knife cut) were much chewier and had a more satisfying bite and flavor. The soup base is a push with Sheng. Tried Dan Dan, spicy pork, and beef noodle soup. All very good. Dan Dan had some nice numbing as well. Fried rice was excellent. But we did not like the fried dumplings very much. Flavor was ok but the texture was gooey and not pleasant to the bite. Onion pancakes were very solid and an amazing value. We loved everything else. Also we sat in less than 15 min which will probably not be the case going forward as more people discover this place. Don't let the name fool you. It's a great authentic noodle spot!
The food here is delicious and authentic. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The hand pulled noodles are fantastic and the flavors are mouthwatering. This place does get busy and there tends to be a wait list almost all times of the day. The average wait time is about 20 minutes. Go hungry!
This strip mall noodle shop is good enough to compete in the tight market of Southern California. The hand sliced noodles are fun to watch them been made and good to try them if you haven’t done so already. We also had the pork belly fried rice. You don’t often see this dish on Chinese restaurant’s menu. Here, it’s similar to homemade ones with its own distinctive taste. I asked the server what kind of flavoring that was and she told me only the chef knows the ingredients. Well said! In any event, it was very good. We also tried the black fungus salad. The serving was large with a taste that needed a bit more vinegar. The friendly servers were quick and attentive.
Amazing! When we went there was a wait list to be seated. That’s when I knew this place must be good! 😂
Spicy Wontons: 1000/10
Braised Pork Belly Fried Rice: 10/10
Chinese Beef Burrito: 10/10
Spicy Beef Brisket Knife Cut Noodles: 7/10*
*We didn’t looooove it like everything else but it was good. The noodles were amazing but flavor of the broth was lacking imo.
We went back the very next day and ate again! Highly recommend! And it’s cool to see them making the noodles!
After living in Shanghai for 3 years, I had been on the hunt for some delicious noodles! Even though they aren’t shanghainese noodles they are still pretty damn authentic to the shanxi province! We got the most ordered short rib with wide noodles , the spicy dumplings, and the minced beef with wide noodles. I’m from Phoenix and have not find anything comparable to this place. The service was fast and I loved that you could see them making all the food in the kitchen!
In A Nutshell:
-The Magic Noodle is a place to fill your noodle cravings.
-Especially if you love Asian hand-pulled noodles made in house, fresh.
-This is a very popular restaurant so don't be surprised if you see a full house & have to wait.
-I tried their Schzuan Beef Brisket Noodle w/ the Knife Cut Noodles.
-The soup broth was delicious along w/ the brisket & noodles, it really hit the spot.
Overall, this place offers three different types of hand-pulled noodles: original, flat wide or knife cut so it's great to have some options :)
Awesome!
Last time I saw noodles made like this was Chelsea market in New York City. And it was just as good as Chelsea.
We will be back!!!
At 4 PM the place was packed. Fortunately, we did take out.
The magic noodle was worth the wait for sure. If you want some authentic Chinese noodles this is the place to go. I got the spicy wontons which might have been some of the best food I’ve ever had. The beef brisket soup was also good, although I’ll say Shang artesian is a little better and less of a wait. Great place to eat at.
Exceptional quality of food, and amazing open kitchen view so you can see the magic first hand!Chinese Beef Burrito was nice and crispy, the Flat Wide Noodles in my chow mein were superb! Watching the man do his magic when making the knife cut noodles and the hand pulled noodles really added a nice touch to this dining experience! The only issue is limited seating and sometimes long wait times, but it's so worth it! They even allow you to check in once you get there so you can go about your business while waiting. Yelp notifies you when it's your turn to seat, after you check in inside the restaurant of course.
Very authentic indeed.
I like the la (spicy) not so much the "ma" which is the numbing part from peppercorn.
So C3 Beef brisket noodle was just fine for me. I add the chili oil from them to spice things up without the numbing effect.
Really good dishes. I couldn't believe myself when I tried a spicy dish, and the heat level was not that bad. There was a nice build up to the heat.
The staff looked like they enjoyed working there. The guy that made the noodles danced a little while his coworkers got a kick out of him.
Hopefully, they expand into a larger building next time we're in Vegas. We had to wait outside for 20 minutes, standing until it was time for us to come in and sit next to each at the bar. It wouldn't have been a bad wait, if we had a car. Unfortunately, we were dropped off by our Uber. So we had to stand outside with the other guests.
If you're big into noodles, this is the place to visit. Highly recommend them for your next dinner date.
Wow. Simply wow. The Magic Noodle is always busy with a line and/or crowd for a reason. This place is absolutely amazing.
Whether you're dining alone, grabbing takeout or meeting a group of friends, the Magic Noodle is a good place to add to your list! The food comes out fast and is incredibly affordable for the price, quality and quantity.
Today, I stumbled upon the Magic Noodle based on the sheer amount of good reviews with relatively high expectations. And guess what?
The Magic Noodle exceeded them. I ordered the Szechuan Beef Brisk Noodle with knife cut noodles, which was absolutely divine. It wasn't too spicy, but rather packed with an incredible amount of seasoning and flavor. I couldn't help, but appreciate the deliciousness. The noodles were made to perfection and chewy. Yum.
Jason was my server today and he was phenomenal. He was patient, kind and made this experience a great one. I'm definitely going to go again! Magic Noodle, y'all made a lifetime fan in me!
Really tasty and fair prices. Two appetizers and two entrees was under $40. Spicy wontons and dumplings were similar, but we didn’t complain as they were so delicious. The Dan Dan noodles were good (we chose hand pulled noodles), but the Kung Pao Chicken (with knife cut noodles) were excellent. My dining companion orders Kung Pao frequently, and he says that this was the best that he’s ever tried. We were sat next to the check in tablet which wasn’t the best, but it’s such a small place that it’s a little tight anywhere. Wait wasn’t too bad. Maybe 15 minutes around 7pm on a Friday night.
We found this place by searching Google for Asian noodles nearby. We got there 10 minutes before opening and there were already a line formed. Luckily, we were able to get a table and ordered right away. Highly recommend the Chinese beef burrito and beef stee noodles. We liked it!!

[Above all, will I be back?]
As the name of restaurant represents, the noodles were so magical! The soup were nice and hearty I was so loaded and happy when I opened the door to leave :) As a Vegas local, I will drop by this place when I am in the area. I chose knife-cut type noodles this time which was so so, I would like to try hand-pulled noodle next time. Hope they have a lunch special, like package kind of deal!!!!!
1. Food
Chose knife-cut type for both noodles - It is about 0.6-8 inch width, so it is flat/wider kind of noodles. Middle of the noodles seemed to be less perfectly cooked (like 90%) it's not white but a little bit hard, not chewy enough, you know what i mean? I am not sure if it is their cooking style as both noodles were the same.
- (4.5/5) Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodle ($11.95)
Ground pork, peanuts, pickled veggies, green onion
It has thicker soup, I could smell peanut yet proper level of spicy kick. I sweated. Good for a cold day or when you have a cold.
- (4.5/5) Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle ($13.25)
Beef Brisket, Vegetables, Green onions, Cilantro
The traditional recipe, I liked the perfect combination of spice, noodles and the meat. The meat was so soft with no smells, the soup was wells soaked and the noodles were properly cooked with full of flavor with pepper corn but not too overwhelming.
- (5/5) Spicy Wonton (pork, 8pcs) $6.75
It's the bomb! This is the best out of 3 items. I loved the spice when you chew it, and rich meat flavor. The skin was not chewy chewy but good enough chewy. 8 pcs were not enough I was sad to eat one by one. Eat with vinegar to make the taste even better!
2. Ambience
It is a small place with about 15 tables with an open kitchen. You can watch the chef making noodles and other foods. Lively, casual and can be a bit noisy.
3. Service
The staff was friendly and quick. No frills. Food was delivered quickly.
4. Hygiene
The glasses, cups, utensils, the table and floor were clean.
5. Price
Price was affordable, most of noodles are between $10 and $13. Appetizers are less than $10.
6. Restroom
It was clean and well maintained but the hallway to the bathroom was passing by kitchen and it was kinda dirty lol
7. Location
It is conveniently located in Chinatown which is less than 15 minutes from the Strip.
8. Parking
The parking lot is pretty big but can be fill up fast as there are many other restaurants in the plaza.
9. ETC
It is a small joint and so popular, you walk-in and add yourself on the wait list at the kiosk near the entrance.

We had to wait a good minute to be seated. The place was completely pack however when we were seated the the food was brought out pretty quick. The food was good and you can the noodle being made in front of you.
This place is worth the wait if you go. The line moves fast. When we arrived they said 2-3 hours and it took only one starting from 25th in line with a huge group in front of us. The spicy wontons were delicious.
