I hadn’t had a Chicago Italian beef sandwich prior to my first visit here. My fiancé and I were inspired to try this place after binging the first season of The Bear.
The service and atmosphere were awesome, the woman who took our order was very friendly as was the young man who rang me up for a WunderBar after the fact.
The fries were cooked to my preferred cooking where they were crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
The Beef sandwich was a punch of flavor and, although I got it wet this time, I think next time I’ll have it dipped.
We will definitely be back.
Great mom and pop hot dog shop. Space is a bit cramped, but they make great dogs Chicago style. The price can not be beat for the quality of the dogs. Great value! Have some fun looking through the Chicago books up at the counter while you wait for your order. Will be back to support this local business.
It's a small little place, but it's really good, very nostalgic. And you make sure it's a good Chicago. Great food, great food.
Good Chicago dogs and great chicken fingers and wings. Do not dare ask for ketchup with your dog. They do let you put your own on another table but won't be caught dead. Put ketchup on for you...

I can't believe all this time I didn't know about this place ! I lived in Chicago back in 1995 and 1996 and I miss a good Italian Beef with the Hot Giardiniera . I use to go to a place a long time ago near the old drive in , but it is long gone . Other places I have tried over the years just couldn't get it right . Well , Windy City has got it goin' on ! I am so happy and will definitely be coming back and bringing the family .
You can get it Dry with the Au Jus on the side , Wet , or Dipped . I got it Dry with the Au Jus on the side and used about half of it and that was plenty . It was good and juicy and I went through 3 napkins , so perfect . Ha ha . The Hot Giardiniera was on point and made my left nostril start to run a little , so perfect again . So happy to find this place .
The service was great and friendly and the place was busy with lots of to go orders and almost full tables . The French Fries was plenty and good . The decor is typical of a real Chicago diner with lots and lots of memorabilia on the walls covering everything . Cubs , White Sox , Blackhawks , etc . I would highly recommend coming here . My son is ready to come here , he said he has been craving the Chicago Style Hot Dogs . See ya soon .
I ordered the Spicy Maxwell Street sausage dog and was fabulous! It arrived on a pillow soft poppy seed bun and topped with onions and peppers.
The fries were served in a small paper bag and they were perfect. They're shoestring style and were perfectly crispy.
Looking forward to trying their other offerings.

Always the best beef sammich in the valley. My go to spot for Chicago food. The other location offers really good Chicago style pizza as well. Both kinds thin and deep. It's good food that reminds me of home. And it's way cheaper than an airline flight. Lol
One more thing..... Pizza puffs!
My husband and I drive 20 minutes to eat here at least a few times a month. Best Chicago dogs in town (coming from Illinois natives). The chili dogs are great too and we always get friendly service!

Authentic Chicago style hot dogs at its best!! This is a great place for the best hot dogs in the Valley and well worth a drive from the Strip for visitors. I highly recommend this place for locals and visitors. You won't go hungry here! Check out the website and menu, lots of different options
I'm from Chicago and Windy City makes me feel like I'm back at home. Their Italian Beef and Fried Chicken Wings and Gyros are the best that you will find in Vegas! They also have PizzaPuffs that the kids would love.
Ordered the gyro for myself and Reuben for my husband. Was delicious and nice to try something new. I went in a few minutes before closing time unknowingly yet they were still extremely hospitable. A great experience overall!!??!
Had the #10 similar to French dip with green peppers and onions. Delicious. Fries were fresh and hot. Hard to beat this place for portion, flavor, and price.
It had been a while since I have visited here. The food was great as usual.
Tip: treat all of your customers the same....

Came here for their #4 combo, Chicago hot dog and 3" Italian beef sandwich with fries $9.50.
The Italian beef I chose wet (3 choices-- dry, wet and dipped), it was the right amount of moisture, but just ok for me overall.
Chicago dog was done exactly-- poppy seed bun and Vienna all beef dog plus the seven ingredients: yellow mustard, chopped onions, bright green sweet pickle relish, dill pickle spear, tomato slices, sport pepper, dash of celery salt. It was great.
And the fries were equally good, crunchy, seasoned perfectly.
First time there and I loved it, but my only hope was that in true Chicago beef fashion that the beef was shaved and not sliced a little too thick. Sounds petty but I have always eaten finely shaved beef....Portillos, Buona, Johnny's Beef, Mr. Beef. That's what makes the difference between a really good sandwich and a GREAT sandwich! The flavor on the giardanera peppers and the gravy were great.
I found this place by accident and Decided to try it for lunch and It was my first time trying a Chicago style hotdog and I loved it. Fries was also delicious, hot, and fresh and customer service was excellent.
This a great Chicago Oasis in the Desert. They have it all- hotdogs, polish sausage, itialian beef, pizza puffs, pizza. Also has Green River pop! Would recommend this place.
