Have ordered the Chorizo Scramble thru Postmates and was really thrilled with what I ordered. I don't know why it's called The Griddle on here because on Postmates it is called Griddle Cakes. I checked and this is the same address. One of the other reviewers was also referring to it as Griddle Cakes. So, not sure why the confusion with that. Maybe they changed their name at some point? I'm not sure. All that I know is that dish that I ordered is awesome and I'll continue to order it. I have to be careful because it's so good it's like a little devil on my shoulder tempting me to order it every single day. So yeah, I recommend but don't blame me if that same devil starts camping out on your shoulder too. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Was really surprised, this place was nice. Yummy breakfast. Decent portions without overloading the plates. Chorizo Scramble was nice and spicy. Kids ate it up.

We've heard so much good and bad about Giddlecakes, we had to stop by and see for ourselves.
We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in...and had coffee at our table almost as fast.
Our server(s), I think every employee on the floor came by our table at least 2x...and they were friendly, cheerful & our coffee cups were never empty. (Bonus in my book)

My wife had the chicken and waffles, which was great tasting.
The chicken was cooked perfectly and there was no "grease" oozing all over the waffle.
I had the Lumber Jack. Another great choice! The eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was meaty, hardly any fat, and the pancakes were huge.

We will be back again

This was a great brunch at a great price (not at all expensive). The service was attentive but not intrusive, and the open-air of the place was perfect at this time of year. We were quite pleased with the whole experience.

YES! Stopped in for a quick pancake before an appointment nearby. *Amazing* service! Such a friendly and helpful staff! Erica my server is a rock star! She wisely suggested that I get only 1 pancake (not a stack). Pancake is HUGE! Yum yum yum

Really simple, cozy, affordable breakfast spot. First off the prices are great and the staff even better. Service is quick. It’s a regular spot for residents. Lots of parking. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area, with cute red chairs, I opted for the inside since it was a chilly morning. I went with their 3 egg classic breakfast, but they have so much variety of pancakes and waffles, it will blow your mind. My breakfast was $9.99!!!!

Great atmosphere and healthy food portions. This location is family owned and they treat you like you're family. Fast and efficient service with a smile. Best kept secret away from the strip! When I stay on the strip, I will travel there to eat.

The food was cool, I ordered the waffle and 4 wings. And the monkey business pancakes. The waffle wasn’t crispy like I would’ve liked. I actually didn’t get 4 wings, they took 2 wings and split them in two. The monkey business pancake was great, with bananas and pecans.

For a breakfast place I expected better tasting coffee. Eggs and bacon I could make easily at home. However the pancakes were good and the portions are huge! Awesome service too. Overall not a bad breakfast place if you’re in the area

Great food but I should have believed the reviewer that said "just order one", as in, you're definitely not going to need that full stack of pancakes lol! A full stack of pancakes looked like I ordered a cake to the table. I was splitting this meal with someone else and neither of us could finish it. I ordered the smores pancakes, which were good but the only thing smores about it is really just the topping. The pancake itself tastes like a chocolate protein pancake imo, which wasn't bad, I was just expecting there to be chocolate chips in the batter or something. The real gem of this place was the lemon blueberry pancake!! I ordered the single (about $5 per pancake) and I thought this was unique, lightly sweetened, and not super rich and decadent like the chocolate one. If you're looking for some nice service and some big fun pancakes, this is a cool spot to get that sweet fix 😉 A lot of people complain about how small it is and yes, it is very small with maybe 3 tables outside and maybe 12 tables inside? BUT I came here on a weekday in the afternoon and was seated right away and was promptly taken care of. I bet weekends are crazy here though! Dog Friendly?: I won't say no but just realize that their 'patio' area is a spot right outside the entrance with about 3 tables. Obviously, no pets inside the restaurant unless they're service animals. But if it's not crazy hot outside and you can get a seat out there, you can have your pup 🐶 💙

If you just want good food, add this place to your list. I've been to girdle cakes several times and not had a bad meal. The service is always prompt and friendly. The atmosphere is great and the place is clean. I look forward to going back. Their specialty pancakes are unbelievable. I highly recommend trying one while you're there. I've also had the eggs Benedict and it was first rate.

Cozy breakfast spot with lots of pancake options and traditional breakfast fare. Odd choice of 80s hair metal music for the AM crowd.

Went here after searching for a different kind of breakfast place. It was ok. Small place, with a diner like atmosphere. I had a slice of French Toast with strawberries and whipped cream. Also a side of 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon. The bacon was curled, burnt in some spots, spots just barely done. My two grandchildren had Birthday Celebration pancakes. They loved them. Pancakes cooked with sprinkles in them, whipped cream, strawberries and sprinkles on top. Pictures are of my breakfast.

We came in weekend so the wait was longer. Finally got seated, server was nice. Food took a little longer but it was understandable because they were busy. Food was delicious, even my kids enjoyed it. We'll probably be back but maybe not on the weekends.

WOW the average price for breakfast here for one person is about 20-30 if you get a drink and food. So be prepared for that. The food is good/average but not worth the cost. There are plenty of other options in and around town with great quality food and not as pricy. I would suggest they eliminate some items off the menu to have more diverse items that can be used in multiple dishes to keep cost down. Was definitely not expecting to pay this kind of money for simple breakfast. Veggie scramble with, spinach, mushrooms & tomatoes is $15 plus tax. If you upgraded to a different one that had meat you are looking at $18 and tax your at 20 add a coffee or juice you are easily at $30 out the door for one person on one meal. The average cost here is not $10-$20 I was told the prices have increased twice in the last few months. My rating is based on prices! The service was good and the food was too.

This place was great! The service was even better, Erica (I believe that was her name) made the whole dining experience better. They are down to earth folks that serve good food! I don’t live near this location but would travel for the people. It was my daughter’s birthday and they gave her a very special dish! What a thoughtful place!

This place was awesome! The food was really, really good! 😋😋 The Churro Waffle was absolutely the best flavor ever! I had the Meatlovers Skillet/Scramble and it was loaded with meat and cheese and potatoes. The biscuits and gravy were nothing special but not bad.
