Blue Ribbon is a consistent favorite of mine. As you can see from my photos, I enjoy returning for more! The quality served is excellent. I feel like I’m back in Japan enjoying fresh quality selections here. Service has been great. Recommend visiting at lunch or social hour. Prices are best! That said, no issues going for a nice dinner date, as well. Highly recommend! I’ll be back.

I have eaten here a number of times and it is consistently right on point. They are a bit more expensive than a lot of sushi restaurants, but you certainly taste the difference! They have premium fish that they bring in from all over the world. (I only know because I asked) The other day, I ate at the sushi bar. I ordered some hot saki which was fabulous! So smooth unlike some of the other restaurants in town. The service was impeccable!!! I never had to even ask to have my water filled, as soon as it was down about 1/2 way, someone was there filling it up. The portions of fish they give you in the rolls as well as the sashimi it a lot more than you get at other places and like I stated above, it is fabulous quality. My waiter, Raymond, did a phenomenal job. He gave me an excellent recommendation and made sure i had everything i needed, most if the time without me even having to ask. That is an excellent waiter, when they can anticipate what the customer might need. (At least in my book.) I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. They nailed it!!!!!

I guess value in Vegas is a thing of the past but I still somehow try to chase it. We went here for happy hour. All items on HH menu were $9. Hand rolls and cut roll pictured. That would be great if they gave you the entire cut roll but now they've cut it down to 6 pieces. Where'd the other 2 go?? The food was good at least. They don't seem to have a ton of fancy rolls which surprised me. The setting and decor are super cute. The temperature of restaurant seemed a bit warm and stuffy. Very nice waitress and great service. 3 hand rolls 2 cut rolls/ 6 pieces included. 1 drink and it was $54 without tip.

Great customer service and the food is fantastic. A little expensive but the atmosphere is a vibe in itself. Definitely worth it in my opinion. Will be coming back with hubby for date nights.❤️

Awesome sushi in Red Rock Casino - Blue Ribbon Sushi. I enjoyed the service on two different occasions at the bar top and in the dining area. The bartender and my servicer were very attentive. I enjoyed the grilled salmon entree on the first visit and all sushi on the next visit. Both were excellent. The grilled salmon was decent portion size. The sushi rolls were small but delicious.

Came here for happy hour. The California roll was good but I was expecting 8 pieces for some reason. Drink was good. Staff is really friendly. Located inside red rock casino near lucilles BBQ. I looked up a happy hour menu online before stopping in and was sad to learn some items had been removed.

We went to share just one roll, we weren’t hungry, we wanted to hang out and have a chat but, we ended up having 4 rolls, few appetizers and dessert because the food was absolutely delicious! The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a great dinner, we definitely recommend this place.

Best sushi in Summerlin! The chef is great and always takes time to chat, but the fresh fish is what it's all about. Check this place out!

I’ve been a fan of Blue Ribbon Sushi in NYC, it’s one of the best and I’m from Japan so this is a huge compliment. I was wondering how the one in Las Vegas would mount to the same level or not, and the answer is... Yes to the atmosphere, decor, service, and food except sushi, wow! The Wagyu burger, and a couple appetizers were tremendously amazing! So I expected the same for sushi, so I was so shocked to experience a low level sushi material from them. I ordered more than 10 kinds of sushi and a couple rolls, and none of them were the first class that I had expected. I can name a few other places in Vegas that carry first class sushi with much less pricing. Oh well...

Wonderful gem tucked away in the Red Rock Resort! The Happy Hour from 3 to 6 pm Mondays thru Thursdays is really nice! Food is awesome!! Especially the chicken wings which have a nice light breading and the 2 sauces that come with them are perfect! The roasted Shishito peppers are a nice compliment to a glass of wine or Lychee martini which is the best around. Place has a nice outdoor area as well. The inside has a real Japanese style ambience to it.

The service was excellent and the sushi was top notch. I highly recommend eating here! Ask about chef's special rolls, you won't be disappointed.

Everything we ordered was amazing! The sushi, salad, halibut, and wings! They even brought us an amazing dessert for two of our birthdays. Highly recommend!

The fish is always exceptionally fresh and prepared to perfection. Sashimi, shrimp tempura, asparagus, crispy rice and rolls are favorites. Nice wine list and lovely service. It’s just a little expensive compared to other sushi restaurants in Vegas - possibly because it’s in a casino (Red Rock). Yet once inside, it feels like an authentic Japanese eatery like ones we experienced in Tokyo. Even with the prices, it’s our go-to local sushi choice.

Love their menu. Even if this place was not in a casino, you would easily give it 4 stars. Mario and Mark really made our celebration night a hit. Love the Ox tail fried rice, the Otoro was crazy fresh, and the bread pudding and sorbet finished off the night perfectly.

Perhaps some of the freshest sushi I have found in Las Vegas. I'll make this disclaimer, I play frequently at Red Rock and I usually get my meals comped by the casino, but this does not affect my opinions on this review. Pictured below is the $200 Blue Ribbon Platter for 4. It can feed 2 very hungry sushi lovers more than comfortably, but I think it would satisfy 3. I can say that the quality and service has always been a solidly consistent 5 stars, I wish I could give more. I will say if you are a small party of 3 or less, service at the sushi bar is fun since the sushi chefs are fun to watch and they'll check up on how your meal is. I highly recommend the fried chicken if sushi isn't your thing.

Amazing restaurant and atmosphere! Must try, high end Sushi bar! A little pricey I would say but it is for sure worth it, loved all the Veggie appetizers and the Crispy was Wowwwwww. The Vegetables Rice is a must as well! The Sushi is very high end and full with great ingredients. Must try!

Modern day Japanese setting in a old style environment. Enjoy the evening at a dinner table setting of solid dishes, wooden plate and a cup with green tea. I had the delicious tender steak cooked to perfection.
