I came here after a Buddhist meeting with my pals and I absolutely loved it! Hand-made noodles in the house beef noodle soup were tender, scrumptious and delightfully divine (see 5th pic)! The broth was so flavorful, interesting, and spicy, too. I didn’t like the texture or the cut of the thick beef slices in the house beef noodle soup, though - they tasted dry and felt tough, gristly and fatty/chewy - the beef was my only complaint. My friend from Taiwan said that cut of beef is common in authentic Chinese noodle soups - I just didn’t care for it. The rest of the soup was so delicious and flavorful. I enjoyed the fresh green onions and beautifully green and tender bok choy so I would totally return. I will just order a different protein, next time.
I also LOVED the spicy pork dumplings with hot and sweet chilli paste that our other friend ordered (see 1st photo) - I could order two of those and pig out. Try a few entrees and see for yourself!
First time eating Mian was the Honolulu location and it was so good my wife and I went twice. Then saw this spot in Las Vegas, thus had to go! Was on point and delicious as expected! 😃
Got the tomato beef stew(?) noodles, non spicy dish, was just right for me.
I’m originally from Chengdu and to find such authentic and nice hometown food in Las Vegas during a trip exceeded my expectations.
I had a few small dishes I miss because I had dinner #1 from another restaurant. They did not disappoint.
The food was the most authentic I've had since I left Asia. The restaurant was a very nice and cozy place with friendly waiters and hosts. I loved the atmosphere, it really felt like I was back in Asia surrounded by tourists. I loved every bit of the food. The portions were very good in size and quantity. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. They even had my favorite noodle dish!
The restaurant is clean and noodles are tasty. I like their noodles' sauces and soup. Only the dumplings with red chill oil was too sweet
I just happened to try this place due to the reviews. Food was amazing. The flavors were something I haven’t experienced before, and I absolutely loved it!
The staff was polite, and kind. My server helped me pick out dishes. I enjoyed everything I ordered. I urge y’all to check this place out.
This place has some really really good noodles. The Chongqing style noodles were excellent. The numbness was not too overpowering and the flavors were just in point. The dumplings in the broth were also delicious. Overall, had a great experience and good meal.
My friends got the beef soup noodle and I got the sour spicy noodle soup w/ less salty less oil more green onions. I expected mine to be a bit more sour and acidic, and I think the less salt made it not as flavorful so wouldn’t recommend that. My friends enjoyed their beef noodle soups though. We also got a pitcher of the 酸梅汤 iced sour plum soup and it was smokier almost barbecue flavor than I’m used but it was still really good! Service was great.
Wonderful Sichuan noodles. Reasonable price and great flavors. Must go to every visit.
Apologies, forgot to take pictures before diving in...
A cute little cozy place. Located across from Shanghai plaza. It offers wonderful homemade noodles. My experience was overall pretty good. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and very fresh handmade noodles. I also like the fact that there is spacious parking.
We had heard great things about Mian, so we decided to come here for lunch on our last day in Vegas. As it was a weekday, the place wasn’t crowded but still a good amount of people. Once you sit down at a table, you scan the QR code for the menu, and you also order from your phone as well. After you order, they deliver the food straight to your table which is great.
We ordered a variety of dishes from spicy beef noodles, chili oil dumplings, steamed eggs with minced pork, spicy radish, and Chengdu ZaJiang and honestly everything was amazing. Each dish is packed with flavors and also very affordable. Fair warning though that spice is the focal point of many of the dishes here, but there are certainly dishes that are without spice that are still really good. I highly recommend checking out Mian out if you are in Vegas (or a Vegas local) as I’ll definitely be back next time I am visiting.
Great house beef soup. Fast great service! Reasonable price. I haven’t had a good Taiwanese beef soup till this one. Pork chill dumplings were great as well. Sweet and spicy. I highly recommend this establishment.
I walked in to great ambiance and delicious smell of authentic Chinese food. The place is well lit, clean, and has a very customer friendly menu -- easy to understand what the options are, which is spicy, and which is soupy. I'd like to stay unbiased for this review since I personally do not enjoy and cannot eat any spicy food, but from what I can see and smell off of the spicy dishes we ordered, they are legit. Just beware if you don't eat spicy food, your only noodle options will have no meat in them. Some non-spicy options I enjoyed are the minced pork steam egg and the non-spicy wonton. I'd come back again to take friends here -- especially ones who like the spicy Sichuan style.
😭 I’ve been looking for good chaoshou (hot & sour 🥹) … & here it’s been! THE SKIN OF THESE DUMPLINGS! so thin & definitely by hand . Then the “ chili oil “ soup … I could drink . Portions were perfect. Such a gem for a dumpling connoisseur like me lol ❤️ & btw they only took 6 minutes for 2 orders & the shop was BUSY.
The place is great, enjoyed our lunch, you pick the items you wish in your noodles and they have several different options of Noodles to choice from. You can choice one or several if you like. You pay by the weight. Then choose your broth and spicy level. Will go back again!
Good service and delicious food with a nice kick of spice 😄 I came from out of town with some friends for edc weekend and things went great here! Would be back if I’m in town
I ordered the extra spicy beef noodles. The beef was soft and tender with succulent noodles and an amazing broth. We also ordered the pork dumplings which was the wife's favorite. Yummy!
Authentic Sichuan street snacks!
Xiao mian with pork intestine, pork ears topped with pepper salt, cold beef shanks, bing fen(dessert), zhong shui jiao (pork dumplings with heavy oil and spice),etc. You gonna love here if you have a Chinese stomach and ballsy to try different things.
So delicious! The flavours are amazing. Our whole family loved it. Really recommend going here!
