Definitely old school Vegas vibes. Video poker at the bar, lush carpet on the floors. From the outside you'd think it was a pot shop or speak easy as it is a non discript building with no windows. The bartender was great to chat with and brought delicious food along with fun jokes. Nothing super special about the fries though tasty. Huge pickle slice which I loved and a good burger

Carl is AMAZING! The burgers are huge, and perfectly cooked. The egg roll appetizers were outstanding! The fries are better than any fast food place you're gonna hit for a burger. Dump the chain food, come see Carl!
This is a unique bar located in a older area of Vegas. It was my first time here tonight with some friend who had been here before.
They have a decent size bar with a nice size dining area and a elevated area for love music where they have people playing jazz.
We enjoyed some wings, fingers, fried mushroom and burgers. We all enjoyed our food along with beverages served by RJ. He was a really polite and attentive guy to was there quite a lot making sure our group of 9 was well taken care of.
This place is an hidden gem among the locals. While not too much publicity goes for this place, locals keep as a secret. If you want the best burger in Las Vegas, you don’t need to look for anywhere else.

This place is a true Time Machine in the best ways! After you walk through the red door, you feel like you’re at a favored relative’s house. The staff was so warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The food? WOW. Their burgers are famous for a reason… big, juicy, and made fresh. Everything we ate was prepared with love and care and was cooked to order. The atmosphere is really nice… not too crazy and quiet enough to hold a conversation, but not so quiet you feel like everyone can hear you. 10/10, cannot wait to hit a Thursday jazz night!
It's not the "dispensary" you would think. It's the one and only best jazz live spot in Vegas! They've been there for a long time but they need to change their name though lol
Nice local spot. Fantastic food and friendly staff. Jay made us, out of towners, feel welcome and suggested a good table to listen to the jazz band that killed it! Great place to chill, drink, eat, listen to some jazz and vibe!
What can I say to describe the dispensary...1976 called and it wants it's bar back. The decor is mind blowing amazing, staff is cool, and the food is superb. I tell all my friends to go here. All it needs is some sideburns and knee high gym socks.
This place is amazing. Great and friendly staff. Good food and drinks at even better prices. They have live music several nights a week and the performers are always top notch. You won't be disappointed with this jazz lounge.
I visited this location with a friend that sings here. I was given a brief history of how this used to be a different location and it’s been slightly remodeled and this is the perfect after hours spot for some of the workforce in Las Vegas. This is a 24 after hours club. Bartender was a cool guy that made a good old fashion.
I have yet to be anything but super comfy. The Dispensary Lounge is hands down one if the best classy dive bars in Vegas. Phenomenal burgers!
The Dispensary Lounge is a Las Vegas landmark that is probably one if the best kept secrets of Vegas. The place had legendary live jazz on weekends. It's not a huge place do getting there early is a must if you want to enjoy the very comfortable sesting. If you arrive hungry, their food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Whether you go for the food, the very relaxed atmosphere, or the great live jazz music, you will not be disappointed (unless you show up thinking you're going to a marijuana dispensary - which this is NOT)!
Employees were very polite and nice, so I tipped generously. I was over dressed in a pale yellow suit, but, I'm still comin back to this place. The Irishman will return
Great music on Thursday nights! Players from the strip gather to play music they love! Greeted at the door, like we were family, even though we'd never been there before.

Went there on a whim pre COVID with my Daughter. I can't wait to go back on my next visit to Vegas! How did I not know about this cool vintage spot with great food and even better music!?!
