Justin our server made the dining experience amazing. The menu is WOW. He was thorough in explaining how everything worked. We ordered the Kobe menu. We had delectable slices of prime beef. The seafood was also fresh and delicious. It was a unique and amazing dining experience. I could see why it was a 90 minute wait- worth the wait.

My family and I decided to finally try this place after driving past it the last year or so. We've had so many Korean restaurants in the past 9 years in which a lot of them tend to cross over with each other and we forget which restaurant we've tried and not. More often than not, I find myself referring to my Excel document to see what restaurants we've tried and which are still pending a family experience. While we were sitting at our table, we realized that this location used to be another Korean BBQ that we tried back in 2014-2015 timeframe, which took us back a little and realized how often restaurants come and go in this city. Regardless, our experience at 888 Korean BBQ was phenomenal and we're hoping that they're here to stay for a very long time. We ended up ordering the "B menu" for each of us, which was plenty enough of meat and side selections. Unfortunately, I didn't get to take a photo of everything we ate because I was starving and had to choose whether to be the "head chef" or "photographer" for the evening so obviously, I was the cook. The quality of meat cuts were very flavorful and tender. The one dish I was surprised on was the Salmon Poke. I'm typically an Ahi Tuna Poke kind of guy so this was a shock to me. That Salmon Poke was awesome and was great with the meats and rice! The service and environment were outstanding! Whereas everyone working there, along with the music/music videos, contributed to the overall pleasurable experience, our main server, Jovin provided exceptional service to our table - I definitely appreciate the fast and efficient service! The minor things I wasn't a fan of are the soft tofu soup and the cooking surface. I expected a thicker consistency in the soup base; however, even if the soup base wasn't what I expected, the flavor and spice level were great! Also, the cooking surface was uneven, majority (~65% of the cooking surface), was at the center of the griddle. I also like to create a nice char to my Kalbi and Bulgogi, which was challenging with those types of surface tops. Regardless, it (and I) still cooked our food evenly which was the ultimate goal. I did like the idea of providing each table with a surface cleaning tool versus having to constantly change out the surface top. Overall, we loved it here! I highly recommend this restaurant to all locals and visitors. If you're visiting, you definitely want to put aside some time and eat here! The prices are very reasonable/affordable for this type of quality food.

We’re around the area after a body massage. We feel like having a Korean bbq, and we found this place. No waiting, we walk in and in less than 10 mins we got seated. AYCE Korean bbq, it was good. I live in Koreatown and it’s not the same but still I love their food here. If you are in Las Vegas and feels like having an AYCE Korean bbq, go and try this restaurant. Service was fast and you’ll get satisfied, we all got food coma 😊👍🏻

I had a great experience here. The atmosphere was nice, music was not too loud. I enjoyed the all you can eat Prime deal and tried shrimp, snow crab, cheese wontons, filet mignon, sweet onion, garlic prime flat iron, and zucchini If you need seasonings or soy sauce, just ask, and they will provide. You get two meats at a time and have to finish most of it before asking for another serving. The meat was fresh and, of course, cooked to my liking. I would come back for sure.

In A Nutshell: -888 Korean BBQ is a great AYCE restaurant. -Vegas a lot of Korean BBQ spots & this one is one of the best. -It's a small restaurant, so expect to sign up on a waitlist. -At 11:30am when it opens, there will be a line, so you'll likely wait around 40 min to 1 hour if it's packed already. -It's worth the wait b/c the food is really high-quality & tasty. -You can order from 3 different sets of menus, the basic one is the one I tried. -You get Ribeye or NY Steak & Beef Belly as the main highlights along w/ Kurabota Pork Belly/Pork Toro, Bulgogi & Beef Brisket among others delicious seafood, chicken & veggies. -The Steamed Egg is a great dish. -The Spicy Tofu Soup is another great addition to the table, I really liked the thin pot that is used to quickly boil the soup. Overall, you have 90 mins to gorge yourself to oblivion & if you wanna save a few bucks, go early during lunch.

One of my favorite new places I tried this year in Vegas. Have made a few trips with friends and family and the food has been consistent each time. Cooking the food together makes it a very social dining experience. Staff is friendly, my only issue has been with the service being a little slow with drinks and asking for more dishes. Food is delicious.

Get ready to have to be rolled out of this joint.😄 The service here is so good and so spot on that you will swear each table has there on wait staff. No matter how busy ( and they always are) your service will not falter. The food is brought out in waves for you to cook yourself. If you like your Kobe beef cooked rare, then it's up to you. No one to blame but you, kiddo. So get to grilling and bring your appetite

This is a place you want to experience. It's off the strip on spring mountain in Chinatown plaza. This is a great variety of food place. It is what it says. A Korean bbq joint. You walk in get seated and inside the table is a grill for you to cook you food as you wish. Then you place your order of what food you want. It's a 90 minute all you can eat place. Yes there is a time limit. But that should not make you not want to come and enjoy the side dishes of kimchi and salad with that delicious dressing. And bean sprouts. Then you get a big platter with all the things you asked for. If you don't like seafood, then you should not venture here. Those brave ones will enjoy the octopus with great seasoning and the squid and meats and shrimp. Too much to mention. Go and fill till your hearts desire.

I find if you go during the week at opening its always fast. Not to busy until around 12ish. Definitely go for the C menu. You will not be disappointed. I really loved the spicy tofu soup with noodles.

Our waitress Michelle was so friendly and helpful explaining and answering all of our questions. It's a really fun experience cooking at your table. We were sat by a window. It was fun watching the expressions pn the people outside looking in. To make ir worthwhile, be sure to visit when you're "hungry". It's an all you can eat experience.

EAT HERE!!!! This place was so so sooo good!! We tried A LOT of different things, more than what my pics show and everything was delicious! Even the standard sides like the kimchi and daikon bowls were amazing. I had to ask for more because it was so good! Staff were really friendly and helpful too. We went on a Monday evening and had to wait about 30-45 mins for a table for 3. Would definitely recommend this place anytime you’re in Vegas, it’s well worth the wait!!!
