I have been wanting to try this place for some time, and it was a good sign when my gf and I first came I'm because the place was nearly full. The service is fast and friendly, and the prices are comparable to other AYCE places.
Most importantly, the food tastes great! The rolls have a great rice to fish ratio, and the quality is great! I am excited to have found my new go-to spot, which is luckily so close to home!
Pro tip: there is a late night happy hour for alcohol!
I love sushi, I've tried yama sushi and jjanga steak and sushi. This place is just as great. I thought i would never try any other sushi place. I was faith user and loyal dinner. But, after trying Sushi Factory i was sold. Went twice in one week. Make sure you try salmon tar tare, pork belly, oysters, lettuce wrap(i promise youll like, it doesnt have a good description). Everything i got was yummy. Want a secret tip, avoid the rolls or else youll get full fast. Unless you have people to share it with.
Sushi rolls and sashimi were good and fresh. Expected a little bit more on the size cuts for the price you pay. Customer Service was good.
Honestly I do not know why some would not just do the AYCE. It's much cheaper than ordering 2 rolls. But I guess if you're only eating one then I wouldn't. I'm a huge nigiri fan so I have to get that always. I don't really just do the roll thing.
Anyways the service here was super attentive. Got seated super fast. Every one of the crew took initiative to making sure orders were filled, delivered, and beverages good to go. Food came out fairly quick. The sushi was so fresh. You can tell on the garlic tuna. The meat is so dark and lean looking. The only thing with the spicy tuna is my boyfriend thought it was a little bit too spicy the ponzu.
The whole experience was great. I for all the appetizers and variety of rolls it was worth AYCE. I definitely would come back to eat here.
Great presentation and good selection, kind and prompt service. Dessert included in all you can eat, which was a pleasant surprise. Many items are dairy free. Vegas has become known for some top notch All You Can Eat Sushi places and this place did not disappoint. Rainbow Roll and what I call Sashimi were fantastic! Their specialty sushi rolls had some fun and unique items, like Dragon, Spider, I Love Sushi, and James Bond. We did not have alcohol, but they had a large selection. We did have the Iced Green Tea and I could taste the roasted rice (as it should be). Definitely a 'recommend' for a nice meal and a 'do again' for us.
My family has been coming here for a long time, and we’ve always been content. But today, wow it was amazing! It’s under new ownership so we didn’t know what to expect, but we are beyond happy and the presentation is just wonderful !
Amazeballs!! Love their sushi. "Simple yet satisfying" 😋 awesome food for awesome people. Sit under some beautiful Japanese cherry blossoms with a group of your family and friends 👍
our fav go to AYCE sushi. staff is friendly food is fresh tasty & satisfying.
Really great services! The servers are amazing, they give advice on rolls and tell the table the name of the roll when setting down the plate. Not every sushi place will do that and more often then not we're always wondering what is what having to search a menu for what sounds like the plate. We tried the pastel roll. The server informed us that it does have sprinkles and not everyone likes that. She suggested we try a half roll to see if we liked it. It was definitely different and am grateful the server suggested a half roll. The rolls were huge and the sushi rice small for the nigiri. Definitely a 10/10 on food and service😁

Great for all you can eat sushi. No rice section on the menu makes it easy for dieters on a no or low starch diet. Clean environment and great quality food. Been here numerous times and always good. Save room for desert and try the honey bread.
Good Sushi! A bit slow to get sushi, but worth the wait.
Great sushi. They do half rolls on all u can eat which most places dont want to do. Everything was good the dd roll and salmon killer are amazing. Great service.
First time here. Awesome service. Will definitely be back again.
Went here with my boyfriend for the first time for a family dinner with my dad and step mom that were visiting from Washington state. Also my sister, her husband and there 3 kids were there also. They come here all the time so the staff actually knows them from how often they come in!! Lol!! Which was cool because they already knew the menu an what was good to order. I personally know nothing about sushi 🍣. This was also actually my first time going to a actually sushi restaurant!!! An I will say it was pretty good!!! It's an all you can eat place too...... for like $33 a person I believe for dinner. The staff is really friendly an almost everything came out really fast. We did have to wait a while for the Unagi but we were all hanging out and talking anyways so it's whatever. So all in all I would definitely recommend this spot!!!

This is my go-to spot it's closest to me and always has great sushi. The only issue I've ever had was during dinner they had cleaned the kitchen with bleach mix and it made my friend nearly sick but they were just keeping their area clean. Perhaps it couldn't have been helped such as a spill that needed attending to. Always yummy.
Great little spot, clean and very nice dim feel. Not many ppl when I went so it was perfect. Sat at the bar, the chef took my orders right there and made me all the rolls I ordered perfectly. Only issue I had was that for the selection is it a bit pricey. $24 for lunch, $30 for dinner. I’ve been to others with greater menu and less price. I went for lunch, so I don’t know if it’s the same menu for lunch and dinner. Overall it’s a nice spot you get your sushi fill. Rolls were very nice, rice was great, fresh, staff was amazing. Orders were made fast and I didn’t wait too long between each set of orders.
Very delicious. Love the way they flavor everything, I typically do a lot of soy sauce and it’s not needed here. Was brought here by a friend (my husband and I already had a go-to sushi place) and now we’re going to have a hard time going back to our original go-to after trying sushi factory.
Sushi Factory has been here for a while but we are pretty picky when it comes to sushi places. Convinced to try it by some friends we stopped in for their AYCE dinner deal. It wasn't overly busy when we first arrived but there was a bit of a wait to get in. Once seated we filled out our list of what we wanted from the menu. We loved that they kind of brought things in shifts and not all at once. Service was prompt and not overbearing. Now to the good stuff!! The sushi was excellent!! I tend to favor the baked and tempura shrimp style rolls. All of which were great and if you like any kind of shrimp roll the shrimp lover is almost like candy!! So good!! They also had one of the best Johnny rolls I have had anywhere. Kind of a hidden gem but totally worth the stop. We will definitely be back soon!!
