One of the nicest group of people ever! They were very friendly, the young lady that made are sandwiches was beyond sweet. She made them perfect, even offered extra cranberry when I took the other half home. I’m sorry I forgot her name. Thank you for being so kind. Will be back for sure!
I ordered through ubereats so I have nothing to say about the customer service. But I really love the cap creation salad I ordered. It's a hefty amount too. The tuna sandwich and the meatball sub was delicious too! I recommend it! The food is good for the price. I ordered again the following day.

Food is GREAT. The problem is...... I walked in and ordered 5 sandwiches, went to grocery store for 35 minutes, returned and waited an extra 10. We went shopping because this is their normal

The sandwiches were better than some sandwich shops, but not as good as others. I was disappointed that they did not carry the Lays chips that are specified on the online menu. The people were nice, friendly and helpful. They are a small place with only a handful of tables.
I moved out of Las Vegas almost 9 years ago, and I miss Capriotti’s more every year. Now I’m in NW Illinois, looking for the closest location.
Capistrami is my favorite, but my lovely bride prefers the Bobbie.
And, regarding a previous review, if you go in on Saturday, order 10 sandwiches, 25-30 minutes isn’t unreasonable, regardless of the condition of the employee. Maybe you could have called ahead or ordered online.
Love the Italian and Cheesesteake subs. Did not like that I couldn't place my delivery order over the phone. I had to use the app. Maybe that's normal in Vegas, but I like to talk to a person to verify everything is correct, and it's faster and less frustrating than using an app. I thought they had their own company delivery persons, which I prefer, but they use Door Dash which adds a lot of extra charges. (Not dissing DD, they did a great job, this time).
