I’ve been wanting to try Singh’s for a while but just stopped by today for the first time. This is a new location and upon entering I immediately noticed how clean, spacious and vibrant inside was. Singh’s offers a variety of Trinidadian dishes. The meats are halal and there are vegan options too! They also offer a variety of juices, sodas, snacks and sweets. There is also a small bar inside. I ordered some ‘Doubles’ which were delicious and had the right amount of heat. The roti was softer than I preferred but overall the service, food and atmosphere were great!
Visiting from the Bay Area, where we don't have any real real roti shops, so I was craving some good trini food and Singhs Roti Delight did not disappoint.
So much so, I visited them twice during the week I was there. First visit I had their doubles and some curry goat with paratha. Everything was fresh ya all, and the goat wasn't chewy or gamey, cook just about right.
Doubles were also great, the Bara wasn't too too oily, and everything inside was fresh and hot.
Washed it down with a cold red SOLO, and let me tell you, the belly was satisfied ya all, i was very happy with my trini food fix.
If ever you are in the area, please stop in, the customer service was great, they was playing some nice soca too. I will be back.
Visited Singh.s Roti Delight in Lauderdale. on our 2023 Carnival from Connecticut.was there the eve of the carnival Saturday nite.On our entry to establishment the atmosphere was family oriented, we was greeted with joy and laugher. PEOPLE SPOKE TO US IN THIS FESTIVE gathering as if they knew us for years.A Trinidad love space to lime and bond.Excellent service and food.YummyIsland spiced river food and Indio Caribbean festive food joy.We had a Carib beer and oh what home sick it made us.The street food(doubles) gosh tasted to delight.Thank You Singh.s On our future visits.we will be there for that family loved feeling and oh that sweet Spjced food made with love.Cheers!! This is my first time trying this and let’s just say I’m in love and was full. I was so shocked. The texture was fear, and seasoned great too. My husband and I chose the shrimp and conch as were pescatarians. The conch was cooked different and was good and I say this because I have had conch almost 3 different ways. This was great and to fill the warm atmosphere and like to add the customer service was awesome. The gentlemen helped us as it was our first time and prepared our meals.
Now the roti was two different ways. Baby it was good I like the seasoned one more. Just more flavor.
If you’re in the area try it out.
The best Trinidadian food in South Florida. I'm vegan, and they food is always prepared separately and absolutely delicious. I refer friends and customers to this Roti shop all the time. I also refuse to eat in other roti shops due to my high standard of food, customer service, cleanliness, and environmental

I came with my mom and my brother to eat for lunch and they were super busy but the lady was really nice and rushed one of the doubles personally for my mom to eat due to low sugar which was greatly appreciated. We are more than happy five star service thank you very much highly recommended. Food was amazing. Service was amazing and atmosphere was amazing. Thank you.

Hands down best Trini food in South Florida! I've been a patron at Singh's for many years now and they never cease to amaze with their consistently flavorful menu. From Aloo Pie to Doubles to my favorite - Curry Goat Roti wrapped, there is never a poor choice in menu items here. I have brought family, friends and work colleagues here when in town and they all agree that this was the most memorable food experience in their stays here in Ft Lauderdale. This is a warm hearted, family run business that provides quick friendly service that is often lost in the restaurant business nowadays. The atmosphere is always lively with the best Soca music playing. Additionally, the new location at 4301 State Road 7 is exactly what this husband and wife team needed to better service the constant traffic they've successfully built over the years. Plenty of seating, good vibes, good food, and most importantly, good people, here at Singh's Roti Delight. Stop in and tell the wife, Mr Singletary sent you! Sher knows my orders by heart and you'll never be disappointed in choosing this restaurant. Enjoy!
Huge place for all of your trini cr as cravings. Had the Thursday special which consisted of rice and beans, stewed fish, and cassava. Flavors were on point and tasted delicious. Tried the doubles. Not the best but filled the need...
Best doubles I've had outside of Trinidad, by far. The chicken pelau was awesome too. Great place with a nice atmosphere, Will be back soon
I’m a tough critic when it comes to Trini food so when I say this is besssss, trust me! Had the pleasure of running into the owners at a local ice cream shop and they invited me to try their food so I decided to go for lunch with my mom and granny.
We had doubles, pepper roti, curry duck and buss up, currants rolls and a conch doubles with a nice, cold Caribe to wash it down and everything was great! The doubles were tasty and the pepper roti, ogaddooooo🙌🏽. My mom had the duck and buss up and she enjoyed it a lot. I’ll definitely be back as I live in the area and I’ll be sure to take my family when they’re in town visiting again.
