Little slow on the counter for payment. 3 people at the least seen me standing waiting to pay and a waitress finally came to cash me out after a few more people came up to pay also. Other than needing a few more people on the payment counter the food was good and tasted fine. The waitress/waiter was nice. Usually it's 1 person taking care of you but somehow we had 4 different people bring food/drinks/take order/seating us. Not a terrible experience though. Would return.
The food isn't always the best but we always get great service from Sammie. She gets our order correct every time and her customer service is top notch. A smile and a friendly personality from her is what keeps me continuing to dine in. She is a rockstar! I highly recommend asking for Sammie if you are dining in, you won't be disappointed with your service from her.
Our family is in town from Illinois, California and Michigan; we all agreed that our waitress Amber was the best waitress any of us have had in a very long time! She was friendly, knew the menu well, made great suggestions for what to get, and made sure we had full drinks constantly (as well as anything else we could possibly need). She’s a true gem they have working there!!
The food was ok (pretty normal food) but the service was amazing!
Service was good. Even though there appeared not to be enough staff the servers who are working here did an excellent job. They were friendly, attentive, and kept up with their customers. The breakfast bar and salad bar was delicious!
Our food was good and hot didn’t wait long. Our little waitress was very attentive over all great experience.
I had such a great experience with my server named Pete today. I was having a rough day and I came in with my daughter to get some ice cream. He was so kind to us. Its people like him that make the world a better place! Thanks Pete.
