I would be pleased if I was given the pizza I ordered instead of something completely different. I ordered a pan crust pepperoni and received a stuffed crust with mushrooms and olives. No one in my family eats those toppings so we had to pick them off to eat it

Horrible customer service! The woman I talked to and the manager were very unprofessional and disrespectful. I was lied to multiple times about their names and laughed at about my order and delivery time, which was 2.5 hours by the way. Then I was hung up on. So very rude! Will not be ordering any P

My order took 2 hours and 40 minutes to arrive, showed up pizza was cold. When requested discount manager decided to argue and blame the online platform instead of her poor management skills.

I purchased 3 pizzas and some wings for $73... drove home only to find that the 2 stuff crust pizzas were inedible. Flat overcooked rubber crust, cheese from crust exploded.

Honestly been disappointed in pizza hut. They had a good thing going and then just stopped caring. My "red onions" were white and cut into huge chunks and just thrown on there, same with the tomatoes they were cut into huge chunks and the sauce is always disgustingly bitter. Probably won't go again.

The price for a two-item pizza was a little too high just a tiny bit the pizza was very good and the cinnamon sticks were cold not even warm thank you
