5/5 stars I recommend, I became a regular customer ever since Adrianah the manager helped me create and pick out my first sub!!! Service here at this location is always great and on point with the greetings also with making sure every order is made correctly and with the pickle on the side. I enjoy every meal I have from this location, 10/10 service and 10/10 hospitality
Came in today 11-3 at 6:30pm store not busy.. my New York Steamer was served cold and had to have them microwave it so i could eat it. Manager offered to remake it once it came out soggy. (not her fault as I asked for it to just be microwaved). Manager was very apologetic for what happened. Thank you for fixing this problem. Will be back because of the quick response from this manager to correct the problem. I asked the manager if the other employees are new and she said yes and that she would get with them to ensure all proper procedures are followed.
Please bring back the hot sauce bar! Everything else was great
I appreciate the reliability of this Firehouse. I’ve never been disappointed by the food or the wait. It’s especially refreshing when some of the surrounding restaurants just settle for the least possible amount of effort.
I always know when I come here that the food will be good and I’ll be in and out in no time.
Walked in at 8:40pm for a bite after getting denied service at Jersey Mikes because they decided they wanted to close 30 minutes early. So we came over here and we’re welcomed immediately. The staff was nice and quickly made our sandwiches. I know having people come in right before closing is annoying but they were so kind about it. Definitely coming back here rather than Jersey Mikes. Oh and the food was great!

Philly cheese steak is incredible. Very clean, nice employees. My only prob is the drink machine I look forward to is always out of order(specifically Barq's cream soda with orange flavor aka orange creamsickle..it's glorious when it's working)
