The crew was nice and fast! Absolutely no issues, the food was hot, fresh, and yummy! My family and I love hothead, We are from Arkansas and when we make a trip to or through Ohio, you can bank on us being at hothead!
June 2020. A very limited menu. Really was looking forward to their scumptious Onion Ring tower! Its not on the limited menu. :( Really disappointed. Otherwise, the same friendly, clean environment with good food. Spinach dip was good ~ but it wasn't those Onion rings. (Lol)

First time visit. Stopped for early fast food dinner, very late lunch. Tried the Southwest Birrito in a Bowl. Very filling and tasty. Pleasant surprise. Ate in my vehicle and noted this place had great in and out traffic. Others must agree with the tasty and filling observation. It's like a Chipolte make you own burrito/bowl place. They have more pre-selection of menu to assist choice. Overall a good first visit and I will be stopping there. The premium selection I made was right at $10, which I recall being on the upper price points offered. Employees were attentive and friendly. I felt appreciated as a customer..again.
I go in here all the time. It is clearly the best Hot Head in Southern Ohio. I went in during the -8 snow storm. In a time when work ethic is politically incorrect, it’s great to see hard work and people that care about their customers and want to do a good job. The food is always fresh and on point. Chipotle is no longer my favorite restaurant.

Food was very good, fast service. I faxed my order in and it was ready almost instantly. They are generous with their portions. You can have 2 kinds of cheese at no extra cost, as well as sour cream. On the fax menu it is easy to misunderstand about the guacamole though. I thought it was free if they put it on the burrito. When I went in to pick up my food the server said a lot of people misunderstand that but the free guac is only for the vegetarian burrito. I thought he said he was going to give it to me (free) since this is the first time I faxed in an order but I got charged for it. I wasn't happy about that part. Also, on the window it says something about extra points on Tuesday but I didn't get any points. No mention of it. All in all I will eat their food again though because it was very good.
It was the first time I had eaten at HotHeads my daughter said I would like it so we went there. I had a steak bowl and it was awesome. The service was great and quick.
Stopped today for the 1st time, literally thought I was at a chipotle, the burritos we got were ok. The Barbacoa meat really had no flavor. Service was fast, staff really nice. Fountain drinks were really good. I'm not a huge fan of chipotle so probably won't stop at another hot head burrito again.
Love this place. My favorite for a quick easy dinner or lunch. I love how they have all the different specials through out the week. I've never had an issue with hothead. Every time I order its made right and delicious
