OK I am officially hooked on the new Pretzel Bacon Cheese Burger and the Caramel Apple Parfait. If you have not tried them yet you should.
Good restaurant overall, but we left
Today because the ordering process is now a little complicated. I dislike self serve kiosks, they take a lot longer to order, and you don’t save any money by ordering through a kiosk. I understand employment challenges, but it’s frustrating seeing jobs downsized by companies. We will probably be back at some point, but we went to a restaurant where there’s a living breathing human being to take the order. In fairness, Wendy did have one, but she was pretty busy and the line was a little bit extended. they went through a remodel in the last year or two and should’ve added spots where people can take orders instead of self-serve kiosks.

Best wendy's I have had in a long time! I have had the one on south cumberland as well and there is a very clear difference in quality. West Main Wendy's is by far superior. I just wish that the company cared more for their employees. They all look exhausted and extremely warm. They need a good A/C in the kitchen it looks like.
If you want hot fries, this is the place to get them. About 90% of the times we've gone, they have been hot! The new strawberry frosties are great too!
Clean location, touch screens were having a hard time getting order in. I wasn't the only one having a problem. Other than that was a good experience
Got my great single Burger with cheese...but FYI ...they have it on special for just $1.00 the whole month of March if you have their app
I love the Wendy's on w. main in Lebanon TN. I think management is pretty good because all their employees are friendly and seems happy to get your order correct. The lines are long in drive thru but you don't mind because it moves fast. The food is always fresh and good. I really hope it stays this way. It's the only fast food burger place I visit. And they all wear mask 😷 🤗
