We stopped in and got three caramel apples, a chocolate covered pretzel, and a caramel and chocolate covered rice Krispy treat. They were all yummy, though some of the apple flavors were better than others. The Apple Pie Apple? SUPER YUMMY! We will definitely get that one again. We got one that was chocolate and toffee, and it was underwhelming. The sea salt caramel was ok, but not fabulous. It was not salted enough to be sea salt caramel, but enough to be too salty for normal, so it was just kind of, off. All in all, it was a good once in a while treat, but too much to be an all the time thing. Our treats cost $37 with the apples being the most expensive individual items at 7.50 each. They did cut them up for us though so all 6 people were able to try the different flavors without slobbering all over the same apple. THAT was MUCH appreciated!
Very good store. The chocolate caramel apples with peanuts are the best. Ask the staff to slice them because they will and it makes it easier to eat.
Always a fun place to stop by while at the outlets. Pretty good chocolate products. Great, helpful.staff
When we travel down to Utah, this is our go to stop. We stopped in and got a lot of truffles for the holidays, and we had to get the dipped strawberries and cherries!!! The staff is amazing.
This is the best chocolate I have ever had in my life. It's pretty costly (I think) but I loved the taste and their service is extremely nice.
Really kind of expensive, but great quality and that apple was great!
Love this place took my mom there and my wife. They have amazing candy apple tried the key lime pie and it was delicious. They will slice it for you too which is nice cause their a pain to eat otherwise. The dipped Oreos are great and the chocolates are my favorite they also have ice cream and truffles. The people that work there are always super nice and all in all it's reasonably priced for what your getting. Plan on trying the fudge next.
I go for the free smells! And the employees are always so fun to talk to. All their Carmel apples are freshly made along with pretty much everything else. They have an awesome deal currently if you spend over $20 you’ll get a free half pound of fudge. (Rocky road tastes fantastic!) They also give you a punch card, after 9 apples, you get your tenth free. They can also wrap them for cute gifts. Great place to for anything chocolate
My daughter and I were delighted to find they offer a variety of sugar free items we could enjoy! The only thing I would change is making prices easier to see.
First time going and the lady was so nice! She told me all of the deals going on and helped me pick out a treat to take to my friend. Even got me to buy hot chocolate while I was there! The strawberries covered in chocolate were amazing and I will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has been my favorite for years! Delicious treats and the best caramel apples! My order was not ready when I went to pick it up yesterday due to a miscommunication between the owner and employees. Although it was inconvenient, they made it right, apologized and gave me a discount on this months order. This was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend going here!
DELISH! They have a nice variety of chocolates and icecream. I got cake batter icecream and that is the first good batter icecream I've ever tasted! The smell when you walk in is lovely! I encourage anyone to go there! The employee manning the stand was so nice! She definitely gave me a good experience despite my social insecurities. Great place! Please support this business!
Excellent chocolates. My wife threatened me, twice, if I ate too many of the Rocky Mountain chocolates she received as a gift. I've only dared to eat 3 of them. They are good good chocolates. However, I'm going to have to buy my own box of them because I don't want to die yet.🤔😏
UPDATE: The owner contacted me and resolved my issue. They were very quick with their response, and very kind. Looking forward to having more experiences with RMCF
I love the chocolate! But the customer service is lacking. Last time i was there i bought 5 apples (which wasn't cheap!) and no one mentioned a punch card. I bought one today and they told me about the punch cards. I asked how long they had been doing it, and they said ever since they had opened. When I told them about the previous time I had bought several caramel apples, they just said "sorry" and Shrugged their shoulders. They didn't even do anything about it. I'm pretty frustrated.
