I love Hailey the best. She’s so sweet and really cares that you enjoy your experience in her store. You can tell she takes Beaning and Brewing seriously She whips up a cappuccino with like 70% foam. I love Beans and Brews and this location is great. Merry Christmas, ya’ll.
I went in one day wanting to try out a new coffee place and I was not disappointed! One of the baristas, I think her name was Aaliyah, handed me my drink and she was supper nice! She was very attentive and made sure I didn’t need anything else. She asked about my day and complimented my earrings. 10/10 would come back based on Aaliyah’s customer service! We need more people like her, someone give this girl a raise!

Beans & Brews in Lehi, Utah, is a hidden gem for coffee lovers. The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh coffee hit me – it was like walking into coffee heaven. The place is super cozy, with comfy chairs and a really chill vibe, perfect for hanging out or getting some work done.
But the best part? Addison, one of their employees. She’s just amazing. She remembers your name and your usual order, which is pretty cool. There was this one morning, super busy, and she was just handling everything like a pro, making sure everyone felt taken care of.
And let me tell you about this one time, a customer accidentally spilled their drink all over the floor. Addison didn't miss a beat – she cleaned it up in no time and even gave them a new drink on the house. Her coffee knowledge is top-notch too, she always knows what to recommend.
The coffee itself is great, they’ve got all sorts of choices, whether you like your coffee strong or something more fancy. And the pastries, oh man, they’re so good and always fresh.
Overall, I’d give Beans & Brews five stars, no question. It’s not just the coffee that’s awesome, but it’s people like Addison that make it really special. Definetely check it out if you’re in the area and in need of a coffee fix!
Favorite beans! Can get busy which makes sense since it’s right by the mall but they’re always fast in the drive through & my drinks are always accurate. Teisha (I think that’s how you spell her name?), that usually works the window is especially great.
Also, every time I get a drink for my kids they always draw a cute little picture on the top that my daughter gets a kick out of.
The Lehi location has great service, awesome drinks, & they work their magic daily!! Becca has an amazing energy/vibe that radiates throughout the whole place!! She always has awesome recommendations in drinks for each season!!💜
I got helped by Becca and let me tell you this is the best experience I have had at at coffee house. She helped me decide what I want, was in an amazing mood and service was fast and efficient!!! Highly recommend
This was my first visit to this location & I was pleasently surprised that not only did they get my drink order correct, but the barrista, Teisha was super nice, as was the other staff.
If you're looking for a yummy drink, try an iced tan mocha extra white with toasted marshmallow and banana....delicious
I don’t really drink coffee too much but this experience had me coming back for more. One of the baristas (Becca) really made me laugh today and the drink was good so I’ll definitely come back to this location.
UPDATE:
I gave this location another try, and they've definitely improved their service. The staff was a lot more friendly and accommodating. It's nice to come back here. Overall, this location is worth a shot.

I'm a fan of this location, yet the staff today...not so friendly. I guess I should stop tipping until I can get better service from them.
Nice, clean and welcoming! We went as a group of 4 people, each ordered and had 1 person pay. Seemed the wait was a few minutes longer than usual for your typical coffee, iced coffee or smoothie. The workers (2) apologized for the longish wait.... That's why 4 stars. Other than that great place! Super clean environment, great place to sit and visit with friends. Plenty of booths or tables. Side bar for added straws, napkins, water, ice etc.... Open on Sunday, open WiFi. The drinks we got we're tasty and worth the $$$ prices were from $3 to $7 depending on size and added extras etc... Great stop for a quick bite or coffee break. I can see why there been around for plenty of years! They know what they are doing and know how to do it, well!!
Becca and Hailee were exceptional and able to get my large order correct! They are always so happy in the mornings and puts me in a great mood to start

Love this place! Lexi is the absolute best! She keeps us coming in and we love her spirt and happy face every time we see her! She needs a raise for sure!
I love beans and brews coffee and this location always has friendly staff! I often stop by shortly after they open at 6:30. I don’t even want to be awake yet, but they never disappoint! Always a cheerful smile and a kind word. Thanks for starting my day on a positive note!
