Wonderful clean and tidy atmosphere, and excellent service! Anytime I go here the staff is respectful and provide me delicious food with experience, even when they're very busy.
Fries are sometimes too salty, and service is too slow when I want to pay with cash. Other than that food is good and nice atmosphere...
The machine to order was on the fritz, so everyone had to use one because the girl said they don't take orders which I thought was rude. There were more dirty tables than clean.
Nothing special, they normally are good and haven't had many issues. Lots of time they will forget the sauce and play dumb on it. Delivery orders especially will almost forget it half the time.
Can management please train staff we are customers at the counter too, As a doordash and GrubHub driver, very often we don't even get acknowledged that I will be right with you. 4 employees walked right by not Evan a hi nothing. It's not just this one either it's multiple ones in bucks county area.
Food comes very quick, correct, and hot. Enjoyed eating inside. Clean and comfy chairs on the side!
New self-order kiosk is pretty neat. Hope it doesn't result in job loss!
Ate in. Food was brought straight to the table within 10 minutes of ordering. Food was prepared as customized!
For it being McDonald's, Service was fast, food was good, staff was nice and place was clean.

Customer service was ok. Mobile order had an issue ( I seem to always have a mobile order problem). They need to be a little more professional. There was yelling at other Mc members that were not close enough to hear a casual voice and I didn't mind it bc have had teens, but other customers may not agree. The drive thru was very slow. Every car had to pull up or park for an item in their order. It was around 240 on a Saturday. I didn't get on the road until 3! I ordered the new smoked BLT double quarter pounder and it was made sloppy/falling apart.( And we weren't given any napkins 🙄😳). But my daughter and niece loved their meal with no issues.

Decided to go here because lobby was closed at local one near Giant. I love the ease of the touchscreen ordering. Allows me to go through menu and get best option when I use my rewards app with it. We got 50% off order with my rewards so feeding 4 people with meal's, shakes added, and even 2 ice cream it came to just $20 and some change. We had special requests for our burgers and everything was correct on our order. The fries were fresh! Probably best fries I had at a McDonald's in a long time. Fresh and not overly salted. The dining room was super clean. Even had light up table for those that like sensory objects. I only gave this location 4 stars because it asked us to take a table top number to have ordered served to table when done. Instead, we get yelled at by employee behind counter to get order who had a bit of an unpleasant tone. In past employees were nicer so maybe drive thru had them stressed. Regardless, we will be back because food was great and we didn't have to wait long for our order. Enjoy the photo, we found our order number a tad funny.
Hit the drive through. Ordering went quickly. Most cars had to pull to the side to wait for their orders. Fries were cooked well. Burgers were thrown together and to be restacked at home. Staff was friendly.
There are time the order got messed up a lot in the past, but they have shown that they have gotten so much better as of lately. Friendly service, and they don't mess with you when you ask for things like ketchup like most of the other locations do. Can't give 5 stars because no matter how hard you try, there is not a place that is perfect, and even if they were, you can never make everyone happy. But by far my favorite fast food location of any type.
