I must say that from all the coffee shops around, Hotshots have repeatedly been the very best from day one. The baristas have always been friendly and curious! It is always good to see their smiling faces when we drive up!
The only snafu was once the lady grabbed the wrong bottle and poured Banana instead of the correct bottle for my latte. We had driven off and was going to an appointment and did not come back til three hours later with the wrong drink! The same lady smelled the latte and said she was sorry and gave us a free card for another drink and we all laughed. We would refer everyone to Hotshots as for quality and friendly service.
The staff is amazing and friendly for each visit! The owners are also wonderful and provide exceptional care for their workers and customers. They provide delicious tasting coffee and are quick and efficient each time i stop by! And if something just isn’t right with your coffee, they’ll go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your drink! Thanks hot shots staff! �
The employees are all super sweet, but the Thain crew is the absolute best!!! No matter which of the 3 locations you visit, they are more than willing to help create a drink that you will love!!!

I just stopped at the Hot Shots on Thain. I have seen the sign for peppermint bark everyday and had to try it. I had a peppermint bark latte double shot and it is amazing. So glad I finally stopped.
I love their drinks, just wish they would open a Hot Shots over on Southway or in that vicinity of Lewis Clark College. Sure would be nice.

Best coffee, and service in town!! The baristas are so very kind, and caring. They know my order before I get to the window, even if it has been months since purchasing anything. Their coffee is also so delicious, hot, cold it doesn't matter. They also have a variety of other beverages and food. There is something for everyone, including the kids. Couldn't ask for a better place to get coffee, or a friendly smile!
The three young ladies working were, fast, efficient and professional. The coffee was very good. This is an excellent place to get your coffee.
I'm impressed! We are visiting from Washington DC and decided to try it out. The caramel macchiato was amazing, and worth the stop. Delicious!

Great place to get your morning coffee latte to get you going. Always a friendly person to assist your order. My favorite latte is Cocoa Puff Iced, creamdecoca and toasted marshmallow 24 ounce and triple shot. Yum!
